The staff I felt went above and beyond to make my visit a good 1. They were very helpful and as I rarely come here, made the ordering easy for me to use. My Grandsons loved it too. I will definitely bring them again.
Visited here for breakfast. I'd put an order in on the app, but service was impeded by a short power cut, this meant the order didn't get made. Having waited a while, I went to the till where the staff resolved everything swiftly and the food came out shortly after.

What you would expect, kids both had healthy options with their happy meals instead of fries. It was busy but good service. We left satisfied!
I can be a difficult customer sometime (sorry) but I have to say the staff never being rude and always try to do their best...kudos to them and welcome in serving the population
Clean & Tidy. Friendly staff. Much better atmosphere than in most McDonald's restaurants on the other side of the border. We had McPlant and mango pineapple smoothie.
There was a delay of more than 10minutes as the strawberry sauce needed replacing for the milkshake, our food had been picked and packed so was going cold,took it out to eat it ,fries were lukewarm and my order was wrong, no cheese that I paid for on my mccrispy.
Very nice would Recommend fast at making food and generally a good McDonald’s
Excellent as always, it would be good if I could throw my rubbish into a big skip as I drive out , and it plays "I'm lovin' it" as my waste lands in there
You know what McDonald's is getting so bad now with their food not being fresh, but omg! I have just found Mold McDonald's and every time the food is so fresh and it tastes so much better than another McDonald's not just the food tho, the staff are realy nice, was actually impressed with their customer service, such a nice team they have their, i think all other McDonald's should be shown by them how to run a McDonald's well.
As mcdonalds go, this one is pretty decent, had the odd issue here but nothing horrendous.
They seem pretty happy to sort out the issues when they happen, little things like a missing item or missing sauces etc.
The lobby staff during the day really do try to keep it clean and tidy...they also talk, rather than grunt at people.
The lobby staff are always handing out balloons for the kids, a small thing, but makes the kids happy.
Unfortunately no extra salt available in them little packs at the at the self-service sauce area ....staff was not helpful over this refused to put extra salt on my chips
Always great service from Sylvia on the customer area. Food is usually nice but sometimes have to wait a while for it.
Went for lunch on a busy Friday, had a bit of a wait while the girl found our drinks, food was all hot and fresh except the fries but they are always cold.
This one has no car park so you have to park at aldi and walk over.
