Ty Dderw - Moelfre - Photo album

My son and I wanted a cheap hotel for one night whilst on a photography trip. We booked Ty Dderw on the strength of the Trip Advisor reviews and the very reasonable pricing. At this price point we weren't expecting anything better than "ordinary". For the facilities, this is exactly what we got. A
Lovely friendly hotel, fantastic food (very generous portions too), great selection of gin, local beer and unusual wines. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Beautiful dining room and perfectly situated for a walk into Moelfre. Work is underway to update the rooms (strange electrics at the m
We had an amazing stay. The room was lovely with a beautiful view. Would like to say a special thank you to Tom, who helped me choose the perfect evening meal. He was so helpful. In all fairness all the staff at the Ty Ddrew are extremely helpful. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Definitel
This review centered more around the bar and restaurant as I have not utilised the hotel facilities. Food menu is substantial and quality is incredible. Great steak and cooked to perfection. Good selection of ales and other tipples available. Rustic atmosphere with exposed beams, large spaces too. D
Nice room, lovely bath, good location and good breakfast. Also suitable for solo travelers in the North of Wales. Great value for money! Friendly staff, despite my arrival just being shy of the 9 pm check in time (thank you again for serving me so late!), the lady serving breakfast was also very ki

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights last month (July 2018) and it was overall a fantastic place to stay. The inn had delicious food (and scrumptious complimentary breakfasts!), friendly, approachable staff and a relaxed atmosphere. It also was surrounded by great views, was extremely clo
My children, dog and I stayed in the chalet which the staff quickly arranged for us in urgent circumstances. Very clean, comfortable, lots of piping hot water and stunning views. Clean plates all round at breakfast. We particularly enjoyed our juicy and tasty steak night on Friday. Thank you to all

Ty Dderw is in a lovely location overlooking the sea with great views. Service is good and all the staff are friendly. We enjoyed our stay and the food was very good. Our room was cosy a little on the small side but adequate for our needs. We like the costal theme of the Inn and rooms.
Lovely guest house. Lot oak beams and dry stone walls. Very relaxing. Staff friendly and helpful and work very hard. Lounge and bar/breakfast area lovely and cosy with real fire. Food 100%. Beautiful location. Only advice I would give would be to the manager to spend a few quid. Needs new mattress
Warm and friendly country Inn, staff could not have been more friendly and helpful on our stay. Fantastic food, local real ales and the rooms very cosy and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
