Exceptional cooking in a cosy pub. My wife loved the cured sea trout starter, and the filet steak which was cooked perfectly. She raved about the cheddar bon bon which accompanied the dish. I had the lamb and feta croquettes to start - super moist lamb in a crispy crumb. The feta complimented perfec
If you like somewhere with beautiful ambiance and an old world feel, with utterly amazing food, then come here. I found it hard to fault this place. The peach melba soufflé is the best dessert I’ve ever had. We will be back. My only complaint is that we don’t live closer!
Great country pub. Lovely setting, really friendly. Great food and drink. We had something from the light lunch menu. Very nice. Dog friendly and big enough car park. Definitely worth a visit.
