Service and food was fantastic. First time there in many years as we live in South wales and were visiting family, chose here because we could take our dog, will definitely visit again when we are back in Yorkshire. Very good value for money
Good honest pub food, freshly cooked and reasonably priced. Friendly and efficient service. We enjoyed our visit. The menu is somewhat limited but that means the kitchen isn't overstretched. The wines are not overpriced for eating out.
A lovely pub/restaurant that serves lovely food. The atmosphere was friendly, especially to us outsiders. The service was very good and the prices were very reasonable. A relaxed place where we stayed for a few hours just chilling and chatting. ⭐✨⭐✨⭐
Tried 4 pub's in the area no joy at 2 of them, the White Gate and the Navigation were both closed so we went to the Marsh and finished off at the Dusty Miller, it was warm and welcoming we had a very pleasant hour drinking some quality beer the staff were chatty and friendly, excellent service. Just
We had Christmas Dinner on the 1st sitting and it was very chilled out, perfect for us. We didn't have to wait between courses, it was timed to perfection. Thanks for a good Christmas Dinner and at a very fair price.
Really nice pub, wasn't busy but was asked if we had booked. Took our order, then had to order something else as items were unavailable. We all received our food on time but I order pasta and it was very dry and hard on top like it had been sat under the heat lamp. The staff seemed quite disorganise
Our server lyn was lovely had a nice meal and lovely atmosphere see ya agian soon guys
Lovely meal with friends, table service in restaurant, welcoming staff. Would recommend, will return.
Had a lovely chicken and bacon salad, dressing amazing. Lovely dining area, food came out quickly, even though it was busy. Very pleasant atmosphere & on the ball staff. Would definitely recommend it. Booked for Sunday lunch..heard it's very good...
Me and my husband went for a drink and food on Friday night, we had a lovely night. The pub was warm, cosy and the staff were very friendly. The food was really nice and fresh. We have booked to come back on Sunday with all the family for our daughters birthday 😃
Second time we've had roast beef Sunday lunch can't fault the food or portion sizes will definitely be back also thanks to the friendly staff
More than basic pub grub, the food was fresh and tasty. Eaton mess sundae wasn't great, too much cream and not enough ice cream, kids hated it. After mentioning that we were unhappy with it to the point of having to purchase replacement puddings I would've expected it to have been taken off the bill
Hands down one of the most beautiful looking pubs in the area. Went for a couple of beers but ended up staying for dinner. The pub is well zoned with an area for drinkers at the front and then a separate dining area that's a bit more chilled. The food was great and Richard and Lynn made us feel very
