Great choice on menu and especially for me as lm a vegetarian. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Gave a 4 for the food as on my plates , both my starters and mains had the oil pool. The car park is quite small too and bear in mind that the meals costs like £3 more than your average Ind
Great food. The only reason why I didn't give the food 5 stars, was because they didn't have a lot of the puddings in, that were on the menu. The service was great and I would definitely go back 😊
The food here is always spot on! The garlic chilli Balti and the biryanis are stunning!

We tried the Velvet Lounge for the first time recently and really enjoyed it.
The parking lets it down a bit. but it's quite small inside so it doesn't have to be enormous.

Extremely tastfully dishes served by very friendly people in very beautiful decorated place. Extremely warm atmosphere but test of food is just incredible. Worth every penny.
Stunning food, with friendly staff. Very reasonably priced and attentive service. Had a masala fish for starter and king prawn agni for main. I'll certainly visit again if I'm in the area and would highly recommend a visit. They seem to be popular for takeaway as well.

Fish curries are great here - as are paneer, daal and vegetable dishes; I'm a big fan of the spinach, potato and daal curry. The staff are friendly and welcoming. A great place to eat.

Had an Excellent meal last night. Five guests, absolutely no complaints. Superb food. Been eating curry for 40 years and the meal at the Velvet Lounge was up there with the best!!!
Very stylish, service was good and staff friendly. The food was superb, the Lamb Karahi was tasty and perfectly spiced. All four of us enjoyed our meals. Four people, two courses with a few extras to share, couple of drinks a piece and under £100. Fantastic and will hopefully be going again soon.
Food was really nice. Portions on the small side, so if your hungry just order a little extra.
Deco in photos look so much more nice than in real. BUT still a nice little place with great food. Staff friendly.
By far the best curry’s I’ve had ! Amazing food, great value for money, lovely clean modern tidy restaurant, the staff and front of house are next level. Highly recommend…. Definitely my favourite Indian restaurant
