Excellent service from Kerry. Friendly, efficient and attentive. Other staff were also great for having creme egg sundaes available on request on booking. Good food and atmosphere.
Good mid-range restaurant, delivering good and friendly service. Very child friendly. Staff helpful and welcoming. Food tasty...I visited 3 times because I was staying in the premier inn next door. Had fish and chips, chicken and mushroom pie and burger and chips on the separate evenings. All 9/10
Great menu choice, with something for everyone. Delicious food. Tables nicely situated with nice big windows. Would recommend 😊
We had a wonderful meal. Not hassled to hurry up and leave. Lovely atmosphere and a nice quiet table. The manager James looked after us and made the whole evening very enjoyable. Would throughly recommend.

I sat down after a number of hours of driving and relaxed. Friendly attentive staff with good quality of food. In other words, warm and tasty. The atmosphere was friendly and jovial. I’ve visited a number of times since.

Lovely mains. Chose beef lasagne and salad. It was exceptional.. Starter was a disappointment tho. Garlic bread with cheese = 2 small pieces of soft baguette with cheese on top. Won't have that again !
Had another enjoyable meal at Smugglers Retreat, Minster. Kerri served us with a smile as usual and advised us when ordering from the menu. Thank you Kerri for making our visit enjoyable.

Stayed across at the Premier Inn, had breakfast most days.. thought was a hot buffet breakfast but ended up table service for hot food with continental being a buffet still. Was nice. Ate one evening and was what was expected, good service and friendly staff.
So I had a lovely meal the other day my server chloe was amazing went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect she is a real credit to your company and works very hard indeed deserves a pay rise
Went for lunch on bank holiday Monday was met by Kerri our Server, who was very pleasant as was all the staff, our food arrived promptly and hot and was nicely cooked by Levon, good value for Money ,will be returning especially after signing up for the loyalty card .

The Smugglers Inn, it is what it is. A no thrills pub/restaurant with basic pub grub. However the staff are friendly the food arrives on time and the prices are very reasonable. We have used this place on several occasions while staying in the Premier Inn attached. On our latest visit we manage
