Had breakfast at the Willen Dragon whilst staying next door at the Premier Inn. The breakfast is buffet style with cereals, toast, and English breakfast items. All was fine in terms of quality. It gets a bit busy depending on the time you go and potentially a fair bit of waiting if everyone is after toast! Whilst we didn't visit later in the day, there were benches and areas outside for dining or drinks outside as well as a small play area.

The breakfast was very good. My husband and I were really impressed. There were a variety of food to choose from and you could eat as much as you can, which was awesome! The staff was great too. Thanks for a lovely experience.

Food took almost an hour I Ordered stater and Main but the main course came before the stater for some reason . however my reason for a good review is my waiter (Lewis ) he went above and beyond to apologise and brought me a beer to say sorry so service is 5* because of him. Although there was a mistake on foodI will return because of the service I received

We went as a last minute decision for a meal, celebrating my Dad's 70th birthday after other plans were cancelled. We were served by Lewis, who I have to say was extremely attentive. He honestly couldn't do enough for us. The food was delicious. The only criticism I had was there was no scotch, malt whiskey (which was weird) not the end of the world though. I would highly recommend. The atmosphere and staff were wonderful. Lewis in particular is a real asset to the restaurant/bar. Will definitely be returning :)

The children kicked my wife and I out for the night. We wanted to go out, and we didn't want to travel far. We both had a mixed grill as it looked great and even better value for money. Tasted great too... Steak came as requested, food was all cooked perfectly. Emma and Lewis served us throughout our dinner. They were both very welcoming and we had a lovely evening. Will Dragon is great for family's with some really great offers and some premium lagers if you fancy a drink. Great play area for smaller children and just a generally nice place to visit. As we are right by the lake, be rude not to have a relaxing walk after. Recommend a visit.

Meal for 6 adults and 1 child, meals all arrived at the same time which for a large ish group doesn't always happen. Staff were friendly (especially with the little one) and helpful and we weren't rushed from our table spending 3 hours due to 1 member of our party being delayed. The food was good value for money with our group picking burgers and fish and chips. The kids menu had a good selection and the portions were generous.

Came here Friday Night. Guy that greeted us told us about the food wait time, but we weren't in a hurry. Ordered at the bar & food came a lot quicker than was said, which was nice. Had a small issue with one of our mains, but the waitress serving us (Lady with gold and red dreads) sorted it all for us quickly. Overall very happy with our visit & look forward to coming out again :)

Absolutely outstanding. We just discovered it here because we enjoyed the experience elsewhere and it lived up to our expectations. Faultless service, kind and friendly, very accommodating and great food and drinks. Lovely place to be close to the lake so walked along it after our meal. Kids welcome, smoking area so stick there till you want to order or just stay outside to have your meal. If it's weather permitting. We'll definitely be back to try the other meals and the cocktails. All in all a great pleasant experience. Thank you to the whole team.

Stayed at the premier inn twice now and dined at the restaurant both times for dinner and breakfast. Brian was floor manager first, great Scottish guy and really made you feel welcomed, I was staying alone and he helped with a last minute booking. Emma was floor manager on my second visit and she stayed after her shift finished to make sure my booking for one was well attended for as they were short staffed that night. Shame there was a supplier issue with orange juice but if that was my only gripe then just goes to prove how well this place does in terms of service and making sure their customers enjoy their stay however long or short. Emma was fantastic as well as those working under her!!!

Ordered as part of a party of 12 on a bank holiday Monday. We were seated very quickly and ordered at the bar. I was advised that food was taking up to 45 minutes but ordered anyway. Our food was on the table within 20 minutes! Changing facilities and toilets are nice and clean and staff were very polite. Loved the refillable drinks - perfect after a long day in the sunshine!
