I often come here, sometimes just for drinks which are very nice and the food is lovely!
I have only had nice experiences when dining or drinking the staff are really welcoming which I like.
Also a special mention for a young man named Matthew he went above and beyond to make our dining special and even went and asked the chef if he would do something on the menu for me and I didn't even have to ask him, very attentive and observant.
me and my friend think he is just a fantastic lovely young man. Thank you
Atmosphere and viewsđ
Also a special mention for the lovely lady named Catherine who is a credit to the restaurant, such a lovely lady and again very attentive, observant and friendly. its always a pleasure to see her.
Thank you
Amazing views over MK Campbell Park and the city. Lovely restaurant, laid out with lounge area & menu, plus restaurant & menu, in an open plan setting, bar & kitchen central, with views all round.
Lounge lunch menu was interesting consisting of small plates, that are far from small and excellent quality food. Mains that are more than adequate for a hungry man. Plenty of choice and flexibilty on ingredients. All meals we're delicious!
Highly recommend this place. The views are fantastic and the food is good as well. Service is good and staff are attentive but not intrusive. The place itself is immaculate. There are balcony areas on both sides of the restaurant with seating so you can admire the scenery. Seating area near the bar. Of course it's pricey but well worth it. Nearest parking is Centre MK multi storey.
2nd visit to Fourteen since opening. Lovely food and service, was very busy and so beautiful at sunset. The only downside was the fact you go for the view and there are 2 or 3 tables, and unfortunately for us, the one we ended up with where you can't see out to the view. Will go again for sure but make sure we request a table by the window (which I'm sure everyone asks for). Nice place to go for cocktails and drinks with a nice atmosphere and views, more classy feeling than a lot of places in Mk.
Best Restaurant in Milton Keynes !!
Sitting on top of the highest building in Milton Keynes, the views are incredible.
The service is top notch; we were served by Madona who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome.
The drinks menu had incredible variety. The cuisine, while expensive, was filling, unique and well worth the price. The Parmesan Fries were one of the best fries Iâd ever had.
We went their for my sisterâs birthday and Madona surprised us with a free dessert.
One thing they could consider improving is the number of vegetarian options, as if you are one and come here often, you may find yourself forced to ordering the same dish again.
Beautiful spacious restaurant at the top of Hotel La Tour. The view down from the lovely restaurant is breathtaking, especially of Campbel Park
Limited menu and not a fantastic selection. However, the food is really good.
Service is little slow, and the staff who attended to us kept getting distracted. Though the restaurant has a nice setting and classy furniture, I found the chairs rather uncomfortable.
Neverthless, it was a lovely experience I will certainly dine there again, and definitely recommend.
We booked a table for two as a special occasion and weren't disappointed. We were seated by the windows with the most amazing views towards rural Bedfordshire with lots of lovely greenery, and the table was set as expected of any fine dining restaurant.
River (our waiter for the evening) was very attentive and took the order, checked in regularly with us and topped up our drinks. One thing that I did like was to keep the same waiter throughout the evening. I've often been to top restaurants and had a stream of waiters serve us which is not very helpful as they don't get to know your likes and dislikes. But throughout the evening River managed to keep an eye on us to see when we would be ready for our next course and communicate well with the chef so that food was served hot.
The food was delicious, the BEST Truffle and Parmesan Fries ever, and love the fact they have a weekly 'star' cocktail creation... this week is was a concoction of Baileys and something else and would love to know the recipe as it was by far the best cocktail I've ever had. I'm usually a Pina Colada person but River managed to persuade me otherwise and I'm glad he did.
The prices are very comparable with gourmet pub food and other restaurnats in Milton Keynes, but you get the five-star experience and good portion sizes.
Cannot recommend this place highly enough for any couple, family, social, business event for that extra touch of sophistication which is VERY hard to find in Milton Keynes, and would have to say Fourteen Skybar & Restaurant outshines all the others in all aspects.
Thank you River and the the team at Fourteen Sky Bar & Restaurant for making our evening so lovely. I hope to be back soon!
Fantastic place to visit. Although I stayed in the hotel below it, you don't need to be staying to go to the restaurant. Just make a reservation!!
My second visit here and it didn't disappoint. The food was fantastic, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. I visit Milton Keynes on a monthly basis and definitely intended on keep coming back for more.
Just as an extra note, their menu does change every 3 months as I found out today. But nice to see some changes like this when there are so many other restaurants that don't do the same.

We went for dinner for the first time last night and it was amazing. The chateaubriand was cooked to perfection and the triple cooked chips were the best I think Iâve had, it was a bit pricier than some of the other MK restaurants, but the food, sunset and the superb views from the top are worth paying a bit extra for in my opinion. We also had a cocktail đč in the bar area afterwards and prices are comparable with other MK pubs. Check out my photos.
Went for Lunch the place is lovely with lovely views and food was great. We had issue with the steaks being cooked the wrong way round so we had to swap our dishes round. Just think itâs very over priced especially the starters but definitely a lovely place to celebrate, we had 1 starter, bread, 2 steaks and 1 drinks each (two of us) cost ÂŁ120.
A great restaurant, great service and food, drinks are very pricey. Now I understand it's a hotel too, but it's a shame the bar and restaurant aren't separated properly, as there were kids in the bar area until after 10pm. It spoils the atmosphere and makes it feel less special. And this bar & restaurant should be all about being special.
Went to Fourteen for Sunday Lunch. We tried the Sunday Roasts, Vegetarian Pie and Smoked Haddock Fishcakes. The food overall was pretty average, thereâs a lot of room for improvement. The desserts however were enjoyable, the Chocolate and Orange Trifle tasted exactly like Jaffa Cakes (which I loved!). The service was exceptional, and the views of Campbell Park, Willen Lake etc from the restaurant are amazing. The views from the other side, which overlooks the city centre, however, arenât quite so calming.
Note: if you would like to sit on a table by the window, make sure to request this at the time of booking.
Great service, great views, great food. Been here twice for both drinks and breakfast (so can't comment on evening meal or lunch).
Food was lovely, gorgeous views, great service. Couple of things that lets it down, one was the tables being set up in such a way that if there are 2 of you only one person gets the view without twisting around. If the tables were set up so both people could enjoy the view, there would be less space for tables, but the experience would be that little bit better for everyone. My final gripe was that although the food and service were excellent, i feel the tip should be up to me, automatically adding a 10 percent sevice charge was a bit cheeky. Im sure you could argue this but seriously auto adding charges is just wrong in my humble opinion. That being said I will deffinatley be back, the steak was better than Miller and Carter and that is very hard to achieve.
We had a fantastic anniversary meal here today. The food was brilliant. We had Camembert for starters and lamb shank as our mains. The meat just fell off of the bone and tasted delicious. The cocktails were fab, as was the champagne. Our waitress, Madonna, was so lovely! She went above and beyond⊠even told me (very discreetly and professionally) that the tag on my new dress was sticking out, which I was very grateful for, how embarrassing! She brought us a Happy Anniversary plate over, written in chocolate with two small treats on too, so kind. She couldnât do enough for us and made our meal very special, so thank you. We would definitely go back and will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you!
We had a wonderful meal here for my partner's birthday! The views were great, service was excellent, and the food was outstanding! I had the steak which was honestly one of the best I've ever had.
Menu was a little pricey so it's not an everyday restaurant, but for special occasions I thought it was very good. Wouldn't hesitate to come again.
Celebrated my birthday here with my mum. We went fot Lunch, such lovely veiws from the restaurant.
Food and service was great!
I had the ribeye steak , definitely the best I've ever had since living in the UK, very tasty!
Will be returning for that steak again! Thank you :)
OMG what a lovely place. Food was amazing and the atmosphere was elegant with a touch of class. I had a date and this was the perfect place for it.
