Super quality Hosien duck wrap, lovely coffee ☕ and almond croissant 🥐 to finish with... very happy and will visit again for sure 👍👍
Food at Pret is nearly always 10/10 and the coffee is great too - I way prefer their cold brew to Starbucks. This particular store has fantastic staff, very friendly and attentive. It's relatively quick service for a hot drink when they open in the mornings which helps as it means I don't worry about nipping in for a drink before work!
I’m here every morning during the week since I’m in central mk each morning and I have the subscription. The staff are faultless. They really build a good rapport with customers and always remember mine and several other customers orders. The service is brilliant, drinks taste great and the food is all freshly made. They are also on Too Good To Go which is brilliant as they are preventing food waste and you get lots of Pret goodies at an incredibly discounted price.

My Veggie Deli Rye Roll was lovely. The mustard mayo, gherkins and pickled cabbage gave it a great taste. With the pickled veg this felt like a healthy choice too.
My coffee was a filter with soya milk, Many thanks to the server (Sydney) and the barista for being patient when I mentioned the soya milk a bit late.
I had my meal as a takeaway.

I have always had a good experience, but i started enjoying it even more. I Have received really good costumer service by an employee called sydney, he always seems very interested to work and gives costumers a really good and positive energy by always smiling and being professional.
I think this Pret has the Best organized service in the city centre. Separate order takers and makers make it far quicker in my experience than either Nero or Starbucks.
I very rarely wait in a long queue no matter when I visit so this is normally my first choice if I’m up the John Lewis end of the city centre.
Of course everyone has their favourite coffee but I am quite happy with Prets but where they really excel is the food offering. A great range of baguettes. Sandwiches, salads, toastier, wraps as well as a cracking range of deserts and cold drinks. If you can’t find anything to eat here then you really are picky!
The only downer is the price sometimes but then quality often carries a premium.
Really enjoy this place! Not usually a fan of large chains but pret always has something good to offer. I'm particularly partial to the Swedish Meatball wrap. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that the place is often very busy and it's not uncommon for them to be out of hot food. Still definitely worth a visit though if you're looking for a quick, healthy bite to eat.

I have been here pretty much every day the last few weeks since purchasing the subscription. The staff in this store are exceptionally lovely. I always receive a great service.

The Pret app has been great for me to use and even with the price increase to £25 its still fantastic value but you can the pressure this puts on the staff in shops (and let's face it Brits love to moan that they have to wait for anything).
In this branch I've never had a messed up order, felt I've been waiting for overly long or ignored and they're always welcoming first thing in the morning. I think most know my order before I ask now too 😅
The Cinnamon Danish is the best party ever, no discussion there.

Love the genuine customer service here. I go in for my weekly coconut latte. ☕️ Yum. 😋 Always clean and smells good 👍🏼 (weird to add that part, I know). I mean, who says “smells good”. Anywho, on with the story. Every customer in the queue is acknowledged. “Be with you soon”. Service with a smile.. Every time. I mean, how do they do that? 😁 By the time my payment goes through, my coffee is ready. It’s magic I think. I can’t be sure, but pretty sure. So yeah, a magical place to visit. Kudos Pret! 👏
