I've been a regular customer at the Costa branch in Milton Keynes for several years now, and I've always been impressed with the friendly and efficient service. The staff are always happy to see me and know my order before I even ask. They're also very accommodating, and they're always willing to go the extra mile to make my experience enjoyable.
One of the things I love most about this branch is the upstairs area. It's a large, spacious room with plenty of seating, making it perfect for working on my laptop or meeting with friends. The lighting is also very good, which is important to me when I'm working.
The only downside to this branch is that the upstairs area is often closed. This is usually due to staffing shortages, but it can be frustrating when I'm planning to work there and I find that it's closed.
Overall, I would highly recommend this Costa branch to anyone looking for a great coffee and a friendly atmosphere. The staff are top-notch, and the upstairs area is perfect for working or socializing.

I had a really pleasant experience here thanks to the new manager Sami who was very friendly and made me a 10/10 coffee. Thank you Sami and Costa staff, will be back again

This is a decent Costa coffee right in the centre of Milton Keynes... adjacent to John Lewis and the Middleton hall.
Staff are hardworking and efficient...this one is always busy.
It can be abit packed in summer time. Their sandwiches and coffee are on point, can be abit pricey but hey I guess Costa standard is high!
There is a phone charging point in the shop, outside seating area available. Family friendly as well.
Not sure I saw a toilet but could be there somewhere...loads of paid parking around.

Always seems very busy in this Costa and they only ever seem to have one till open taking orders. Otherwise its a great Costa drinks are presented well. Even gave my daughter a free mini gingerbread cookie that went down really well thanks.
After going to remembrance parade with my son we visited this amazing store.

The bar area needs to be a lot wider customers and staff struggle with such a narrow gap.
Such a lovely branch. When I visited there was a small queue and I found a seat easily. As soon as I sat down a member of staff came straight over to clean the table - all I had done was wipe a few crumbs out of the way. He was lovely and apologised for not getting to it before me.
Staff were really friendly and impressed.
Impressed to see the manager tell a staff member who was off duty to leave because they had called in to chat and were distracting those who were on shift. It was a weekend and it was great to see that someone is taking the time to teach younger staff work expectations for when they get older π
Always a good place to relax and have breakfast or afternoon tea ... excellent coolers and got drinks... good excellent cheese toasties everytime πππ
Quite difficult to navigate in a wheelchair. Staff are very friendly. Gets clogged up with people waiting for orders.
Always busy, staff flat out, but still manage to be fantastic. Hats off to them.

What can I say. I'm clearly biased. Love the place so much I work for them :)
Queue was 10+ persons and this was a result of simply not enough staff to serve. They had 2 x large coffee brewing machines, both with the ability to make 8 drinks at once, yet only half of one machine was in use. Wait time aside, pleasant experience.
