Been today, it's been many years since I've been. I normally have have a burger or that kind of food. But today I decided to have the Spaghetti and meat balls. My friend had a classic burger and cheesey garlic mushrooms for starter. The food in its self was nice. The meat balls were big and very nice. My problem lies in the fact that we sat down. Felt rushed to order. Made the order and the food was on the table with in 10 minutes. I worked at beefeater for at few months so know how food chain restaurants prepare and cook the food which In turn ruins my view on eating at places. I know the pasta and it's sauce were more than likely boiled in a bag or microwaved. And the meatballs warmed through in a microwave. The burger hadn't actually seen a grill as there were no signs of any grill or hot plates searing hest on the burger it's self. Anyway.. the food was tasty. That's the main point. And a big part of eating out Is the pleasure of being served and waited on as well as the theatrics of watching the chefs cooking and in today's case one of the chefs was singing. It was great. The restaurant it's self was clean and tidy. Staff were polite and amended a wrong item on the bill. Would I go back? Probably. Would I have something different? Possibly not. I enjoy the pasta quite a bit hit made a change from burgers.

This is mine and my partner go to date night restaurant, because we loved the atmosphere, the design and music are tasteful. The service is brilliant, although sometimes the wait for the bill is unusually long but with the pay at the table app now avaliable we don't have to wait as long. The drinks are brilliant, although the last time we went was 16th November as I was 9 months pregnant I couldn't have an alcohol drink, so I asked for a milkshake to be told they had run out of milk... so I couldn't have milkshakes, tea, hot chocolate etc but it was only the once it's happened and so I had mock tail instead and really enjoyed. We always order the chicken and ribs combo and because I don't each chicken on the bone when the plate came with a chicken leg on it, I explained my predicament and they changed it with no complaints, so everytime I order now I ask for chicken breast and I've never had an issue 🙂.

LOVED the Calzone I had here, although both my girlfriend and my friend had to send their spaghetti carbonara back because apparently it tasted of "nothingness". That said, the staff were very nice about it and immediately replaced the dishes (they also didn't charge us for the dishes sent back). So I would definitely visit again, albeit I'd probably stay away from the spaghetti. ✌️

Went to Xscape and my Daughter chose pasta for lunch. Then chose pizza once she saw the bbq chicken pizza. She cleared the pizza while I ate my spaghetti pomodoro. Spaghetti was cooked perfectly, had texture and flavour. The sauce was nice, just enough garlic to add to the flavour without overpowering the anything else. The service was great too. Drinks were really expensive more than £3 for a large coke zero. Can buy 4 litres for that price. Yes I would go back and yes I would recommend the restaurant to others. Atmosphere would suit couples and family. Superb place to take a date.
