By far the best Costa coffee I have visited, the employees are super friendly and quick. The best customer service I had in any coffee shop so far is this costa coffee in Newton Leys Milton Keynes.

Lovely shop the men gives first class service and are very friendly love the coffee and food in coffee shop and toilet are always clean. The guys are very swift making the coffee and this Costas is my favourite coffee shop. 5 stars from me!
Very friendly staff and unlike in London, orders are taken to table if it’s not busy, you just sit there and relax, they will bring it to you 🥹🥳😍

They were short staffed and planned to close early but allowed us to enter and complete the meeting that had been planned to help a friend complete a home purchase. Very accommodating and welcoming. Great staff/stuff!
Quite a large Costa but always short staffed so the wait time inside and on the drive thru can be painful at times, even if it's not particularly busy. Good location and ample parking though, just needs more reliable staff.
Great drinks made by professional staff very quick, and very tasteful. They have set out very clear Covid-19 rules, including a sign in QR code, to help identify people in case of an outbreak. Went for breakfast while I was passing through. Never been before. Nicely situated in a quiet area near a new estate. Easy parking and good outside seating area. No almond croissants (really struggling to find any at Costas while I've been away travelling!). Friendly staff and good service though.
