Cheap and good store, big range to choose from, but only does women clothing. Sometimes hard to find wanted item as clothes are everyvere then it's busy times

Saw 2 pairs of boots on the New Look website that I wanted to try before I purchased. The shop was tidy and clearly marked so I knew as soon as I walked in that the shoes were all upstairs rather than wandering around searching for them. Found both pairs with ease and have purchased one, really happ

Good service on this visit. I spent over £50 and after purchase I saw a voucher giving £10 discount when spending over £50. I took my purchases back and asked them to honor the voucher. This was no problem at all. Staff were more than happy to do this.
Love the shoe department! I recently visited to collect some summer sandals I had ordered online. I had the same make last year so wanted a different colour in them this year, (as I have very wide, size 8 feet) it is nice to be able to get sandals that actually fit, as I do find it difficult to find
A great shop for tweens (and older). My daughter was struggling to find clothes that were small enough for her as a petite 11 year old while not being juvenile. She far prefers New Look to other options. The 915 selection could be larger but overall we are both very pleased.
