Came here yesterday for daughters birthday as she was desperate to visit. The service was great, everything came out quickly and daughter even got a free milkshake!
My only complaint would be the size of the waffles! They are huge! A kids menu would be handy! But everything was fresh and lovely. Well worth a visit.

We visit Kaspa’s quit often and I must say, their hot desserts like crepes, cookie dough, and waffles are absolutely delightful and extremely sweet , perfect for sweet tooth. The softness of these treats was truly remarkable. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that I left the shop feeling satisfied and content.
The ambiance of the shop was pleasant, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
The milkshakes at Kaspa Dessert and Ice Cream Shop were also quite delicious. The flavors were rich and satisfying. I found myself indulging in the creamy goodness of their milkshakes.
However, I did notice that on some occasions, the staff seemed a bit rude and stressed. While it didn't significantly impact my overall experience, it did leave a slightly negative impression. I believe a more friendly and relaxed approach from the staff would enhance the overall customer experience. This place is disabled parking accessible.
Overall, I would highly recommend Kaspa Dessert and Ice Cream Shop for their soft and delectable hot desserts, good portion sizes, pleasant ambiance. We received some vouchers from German Doner Kebab, which were fantastic since they were essentially buy one get one free deals on hot desserts like waffles or crepes. I would say this place truly a heaven for kids.
Visit for puddings & a birthday treat. We had various dishes which everyone enjoyed, from Waffles with ice cream & Maple syrup, to Ferrero Rocher hot cookie dough, ice cream cones to Bubble slushies! Generous drinks and delicious fresh made dessert portions.

Date lunch with my daughter and we popped in for a dessert "lunch", it wasn't overly busy and we were seated immediately. Once we had decided what we wanted I ordered and it arrived quickly. I consumed my entire days calories in a waffle desert and a milk shake, I can feel the carb coma coming on now. This was a great trip out and the things we bought tasted awesome. I will definitely be back at some point. The decor was pretty cool too.
Good, quick pitstop for a sweet treat with my family! The kids dessert meals were very affordable and we absolutely enjoyed it! They had two kids versions: a mini pancake and a sundae. We tried them both and the kids loved it! In short, its a good dessert place and a nice treat!

A hidden dessert gem in the Theatre District of Milton Keynes!
The smell of sweet waffles when you walk in is an experience in itself, and the ice cream display is fantastic.
The staff were quite abrupt and short with us during our visit, hence the reduction of one star. We were also led to a table, but not told we had to order at the till so a large queue formed in the time we were waiting. This is a small thing to do, but would help with any confusion.
We ordered a couple of milkshakes - a sour skittles (amazing, and tastes like a refreshing green apple funnily!) and a snickers - which was as good as you think it should be!
We also ordered a couple of the crepes - the caramel nibble and peanut butter cup. These were fantastic, but took over 30 minutes to come to the table so it’s not somewhere to go if you are in a rush!
The restaurant is very popular with various collection services, -and the staff are trying to keep up with these orders so the amount of people present isn’t an accurate depiction of how busy they are and wait times could still be high.
That all said - we’d definitely go back again, but with the understanding that it’s probably a 1hr+ timeline and not a 30 minute quick dessert.
The Americans coffee was really good. I’m a fussy coffee drinker but this was really good

Visited on a Tuesday lunchtime about 1pm and it was quiet. The server was efficient and pleasant and we were served quickly. The Store was clean and is nicely laid out and has a good atmosphere 👌 My friend had the Strawberry Crepe which was lovely I had the Biscoff Cookie Dough we were quite boring with our drinks and just had Tea 🍵 and Green Tea.
I'm a regular at Kaspas, and my kids adore their ice creams and milkshakes. I've given it 5 stars mainly for the delicious food. The ambiance is pleasant, but the service tends to be a bit sluggish. Unfortunately, there's often a 10-minute wait or longer before they bring everyone's orders to the same table, which can be frustrating.
Always love going here. The icecream, waffle, cake, cramel pudding, everything is so delicious and perfect with perfect ambiance and its on 12 street so you find multiple clubs, arena and dinner places too around it. Their chocolate fudge icecream is to die for!!! Highly highly recommended!!!
Recently went to Kaspa’s and had an amazing experience. I had the chocolate waffle 🧇 and fresh strawberries 🍓!
We were also recommended the red velvet and i must say i was most certainly impressed, both of them were filled with flavour.
Lots of seating as it is set over two floors. Definitely recommend and will be ordering again soon!
I have been to Kaspas for over 2 years now, and I have never been disappointed.
The portions are huge and worth the price and the presentation, I'll let you see for yourself. You can customise your order almost however you want too

We wanted to do something simple for my husbands bday along with kids Easter holiday..
What is the better way of celebrating to treat someone with each kind of dessert….ordered waffles, shakes , ice creams…
Waffles were evenly baked.. with chocolate sauce. It was just melting in mouth.
Kids were very happy with their bubblegum shakes and beat part is these were made with fresh fruits..
The staff was amazing where they got small cake with candle and actually sang bday song..

Delicious dessert and drinks. A bit slow service because of how busy it is but it’s understandable.
I would like to say a thank you to one of the staff at Kaspas. This evening it was pretty busy and unfortunately we were sat in a rather noisy part of the restaurant which for my autistic daughter I could see was going to be too overwhelming. I asked one of the waitresses whether there was a quieter table available, her attitude was lovely and despite it being busy she managed to get us a quieter table.
The desserts were lovely too but I just really appreciated the understanding and willingness to help. Thank you x

Good experience eventually, almost walked out after standing at the counter some time and one of the lads quite clearly saw we were waiting but didn't speak a single word to us .. just carried on (but not really doing much) . Finally the young lady in there ( who was actually busy) noticed and stepped in to serve us, she was very polite and smiley. Food was delicious.
