Absolutely best roast dinner around ! We booked a table for 4 including two teenagers. Extra veg including roast spuds. Also give you a proper jug of gravy and plenty of yorkies. Delicious 😋

Fabulous Afternoon Tea at The Greyhound. As much tea as we could drink, nothing was too much trouble, delicious sandwiches, mini quiches and sausage rolls, and delicious mini cakes. To top it off, home made delicious scones with clotted cream and jam ... such great value. Plenty for 4 people, we all left very full. My mum thoroughly enjoyed it for her 85th birthday treat, as did we all, my sister and myself had never had an afternoon tea before ... highly recommended.

I don't believe it! WONDERFUL! I last visited this pub in 2014 and it was not wonderful then. When some friends suggested going there today, I was not enthusiastic. However, the pub has been transformed in every way. The food and beer is FANTASTIC. Very friendly staff gave us a warm welcome and the lunch bettered it. A generous beef and horseradish sauce baguette with lashings of home-made coleslaw and very fresh salad was a bargain at £6.95. Excellently kept beer too and a cute little tea room. I'll look forward to my next visit.

Slipped in for lunch today. Was going to just have a baguette, but couldn't resist the steak and mushroom pudding. I am so glad I did. It was delicious, nice thick proper suet outer filled with succulent steak and plenty of it, mushrooms and rich gravy. I was full after. We are planning a Sunday visit but might need to forgo breakfast to do that justice. A hidden gem. Fabulous welcome and great service.

My wife and I popped into this lovely country pub for a Sunday roast. I have to say we were not disappointed. The food was fantastic and the staff are extremely friendly and welcome. We will certainly be coming back and can not recommend this place enough.

Paul was a marvellous host. Not just because he's a fabulous chef, but because he takes the time to converse with you to make sure your experience is the best it can be. My choice was the T-bone 16oz there is a larger one if you're really famished. It was sooo... tasty. I couldn't recommend this establishment higher. You'll see when you visit. Enjoy.
