Well set out, with great stock levels including an awsome collection of modern board games. In house cafe is clean with a reasonable selection of snacks. All round great diversified book store

Excellent service today at Waterstones. Rather over run male assistant help me wit children's book choice (King Arthur) suitcase label and King Arthur game. He seemed to be the only staffer to help even though there were 2 female staff on the floor. Well done to him!

Very impressive Click+Collect service; ordered a new book at 10:10, received stock confirmation by 10:30 and was able to collect my purchase by 13:00.

What a wonderful find and now a new favourite coffee shop in Milton Keynes! The staff were polite, helpful and courteous. They also all wore masks which we very very much appreciated! Great selection, lots of cozy reading nooks, friendly staff, and there’s even a cafe. Plenty of stationery as well. This is what a good local book store should be.
