Love the Grumpy Breakfast, lovely toast, cracking bacon & sausage, definitely worth popping in. Many thanks for being dog friendly, our chocolate Labrador loved her sausage.
I was about to drive back but needed sustenance and this place came up on maps. Not grumpy at all! Fresh bacon buttie, great mug of tea. Not a lot of money either. Lovely staff. I didn't succumb to the cakes but they looked fabulous.
Great atmosphere. Tasty food that is great value for money. Coffee could be better. Really could do with a barista machine.
Lovely cafe, dog friendly, great food, very good service. A lovely play area for children very close by
Nice little seating area outside and in with books for the kids. Good menu choices and great value for kids food too.
Got a full breakfast and it was great with tea. Nice place to relax and busy place to have some food and drink. Lunch menu is basic for a cafe.
Much more space in Loughton, than in SCE shop. Seems to be a favourite haunt of lots of mums/kids and elderly groups of friends to hang out. Ice creams, loads of cakes, hot food. Many drink choices. Wow. Had a beautiful cauliflower and cheese soup with brown bread and a mug of tea for £1. Soup was a
A great little cafe with a good range of food options, all with a home-made feel - you can see through to the kitchen and it's clear that they bake their own cakes. The staff are very friendly. I recommend the bread pudding. I eat far too much of this and would appreciate it if they were sold out mo
Lovely place for a breakfast with the kids, go head to the park after. Yummy good and friendly service.
Nice little find, had the fatal sandwich which was very tasty and well presented.
Great place to stop when out walking with Grandson in buggy, usually sit outside.
A lovely little place for something to eat and drink. Friendly and welcoming staff, with plenty of room inside and out.
Just stopped here due to location and was impressed, had the biggest breakfast with a side of black pudding, was all fresh, all hot and tasted like quality produce. Would go back when in the area
Lovely ladies who knew the ingredients of their foods and made me feel secure in my choices of dairy free breakfast. The coffee was lovely and hot and strong so we had a second mug and I had a delicious slice of dairy free lemon cake.....it was late breakfast! They were very chatty and friendly and
Staff amazing, food amazing, prices decent, overall one of the best cafe/coffee places in mk, one if 2 chains, about to build a 3rd, cant wait to visit new one
Lovely food. Hard to find because it is now in Loughton at the old sports club. Worth tracking down for delicious cake.
Friendly staff, great food & they do what they call a "small cooked breakfast" which offers an egg, 1 bacon, 1 sausage AND a coffee for £2!!!! I couldn't believe my eyes. Amazing
