Delicious food and amazing service!
The service we received was some of the best I have received in a long while. Especially from one man who I presume was a manager. He was very personable, charming and funny. He made us feel very welcome and made sure we were well looked after by the waiting staff.
The food was great value for money, I struggled to finish my main course and that was without having a starter. I had a mixed kebab, which was cooked to perfection. The accompaniments on the plate were delicious too.
Service was swift and the wait staff were all very friendly. The decor was bright and modern, and everywhere looked very clean.
My only criticism was having to pay £3 for a can of Coke. I do expect to pay more for drinks when dining out, but was puzzled as to why a large venue like this did not have a post-mix system or the glass bottles of Coke.
Nonetheless, I will definitely be returning in the near future
I had a lovely experience at Enfes Turkish restaurant! The ambiance is truly beautiful, creating a delightful atmosphere.
The only minor downside was that it was a bit jam-packed, which can make it feel a tad crowded. However, the mixed grill I ordered was absolutely delicious, While the other options were mediocre compared to other Turkish restaurants, they didn't quite match up to the mix grill. Their starters, especially the bread, were a standout for me.
One area that could use improvement is their customer service – a more friendly attitude from the staff could elevate the overall experience. Despite that, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Enfes and will definitely be back for that amazing mixed grill and inviting ambiance.
Food was flipping delicious and really good size portions. If you want food that is full of flavour and filling then get yourself here. The staff were also really friendly and helpful and if you don’t finish your food they give you a little goody box to take it home in to enjoy later.

Today was our first visit to this Turkish restaurant! Since we frequently dine in various Turkish restaurants, we knew exactly what to order and was very quick about it! We ordered mixed grill platter for 2 and mixed hot maze platter and drinks ! The food arrived quickly, fresh and hot and taste was amazing !! I can honestly say that the food tasted better compared to some other places we’ve been ! The pricing is similar to most restaurants! Overall ambiance ok , clean tables and good dining experience ! The only down side is their customer service…. OMG … which was so creepy that I don’t know how I can go back there ! The waitress who took our order kept on walking by the table several times and looking at us/the food (honestly don’t know what was happening) and at least 3 times checking if everything was all right…. Which we understood was a sign about “tips” !!! What we did not expect is that she would be pretty insistent about it while paying the bills ! I won’t say she forced us to pay the bill but when we asked that we wanted to split the bill she mumbled that we are trying to cut her tip money or something like that (???) !! And despite understanding that we want to split the bills she came to us with a printed copy of the whole bill and when we said we want to split the bill and explained why we want to do so … she was very upset and kept on saying that’s not restaurant policy and she is only doing it for us !!! Which sounded bizarre because most of the restaurants don’t care how the bills are paid as long as they are being paid! And when I ironically said that I’ll leave an appropriate review on Google maps , she even gave me her name !! 😒
Here’s my sincere request to the restaurant owner/management …. I don’t know if you are aware of this situation or not !! Although it clearly felt as if you were aware what was going on ! If you are that strongly insistent on tip money… please add that to the menu and on a poster at the door that , “we highly recommend that you tip us generously or we will make sad faces” ! And please not that we are not the only people who have had this issue, apparently other people have reviewed the same !! Please look into this! Or the next customers will know for sure that you approve this kind of behaviour !
Beautiful restaurant, beautiful food! We felt looked after from the moment we walked in. The staff was really attentive, they even asked if I felt cold and turned the heating up for me. The restaurant itself is clean and atmospheric, surrounded by plants. The food is absolutely delicious, and the portions are huge! Thank you Enfes!!!!
Very nice inside and staff friendly and welcoming too. We went for the 4 person platter, it was very tasty, lots of meat! Service was a little slow, but not a problem.
Absolutely delicious food, really good value for money, and friendly staff. Happy, bustling atmosphere with lots of birthdays being celebrated with music. The Pina Colada was especially fun with cream and sprinkles. Also, you get bread and dips for free.
A lovely first time experience at Enfes! Sweet staff and the food is amazing! Their bread and dip is so good and my pina colada was amazing (I told them to skip the sprinkles though)! Daughter loved the Enfes Chicken because it had the mushroom sauce that she loves!

Just one thing, their Guvec does not have melted cheese on top. I have had Guvec in few other Turkish restaurants and some serve melted cheese on top, but Enfes restaurant’s Guvec does not have that which was confirmed by one of their staffs.
We went here for the first time after travelling from London and I feel like the 3.9 stars don’t do them justice. The food was absolutely stunning everything from the doner to the chicken shish everything was succulent and delicious. Would 100 % come here again !!!!
We came here recently as we had a unexpected child free evening out. So hadn't booked a table when we got there we could see it was busy and thought there wasn't much chance of us getting a table but the manager seen to us and got us a table. The staff were very friendly and nothing seemed to much trouble even although they were busy for a Tuesday night. Then the food arrived and it was the best Turkish cuisine we have ever tasted. Just like being in Turkey. Would highly recommend this place and plan on visiting again soon with friends.
