Lovely waiting staff and extremely helpful when ordering with dietary requirements. Had the smashed avocado with mushroom, tomatoes and beans, seasoned really well and great price.
Staff were so helpful with our requirements and checked thoroughly with the Chef.

Have had Sunday breakfast here several times and enjoyed it greatly. The staff were friendly and the food good. Check the internet before you go as they often have deals and vouchers online which make them even better value.
Excellent service in comparison to some of the other chain restaurants on this strip. Went one friday night and we were sat very quickly, served quickly by a friendly bubbly waitress. Food was excellent, drinks tasty, with speedy service.

Very friendly, quiet background music. My husband and I went late afternoon in the week so was quiet, they have a limited vegan menu but tasted beautiful and presented lovely. Will visit again.

Called in here for a quick bite after shopping. The choice of menu is always good plus the xmas menu( pre booking essential) looks nice and great value. The staff are pleasant and happy to remedy any misunderstandings. The manager is very hands on and delightful. We would definitely recommend this p

Definitely worth a visit! I have only visited giraffe twice: once at cmk and then Kingston (for which I'm writing the review) you walk in and they always reel off what's not available even before you've had a look at the menu!
