I have been there a few times and I have to say I have been very happy with the food and being a chef my self I can be fussy. The survive is very good and friendly. Put it this way I had a refill drink and I happened to finish it and put it down. With in a second the waiter picked up my glass and put a new glass down. I highly recommend eating there. The only bad thing I can say is booking a table can be hard by phone. No one seems to pick up.

As reliable as ever.... Great bar menu (perhaps a little pricey in comparison to other restaurants) The chicken and bourbon glaze starter is a winner every time and I tend to go for a burger on most visits now, the flavour is top notch. The beef is also worth a mention, the Beef in the burgers is clearly top notch and extremely fresh. Temperature of the restaurant is a little cold, and perhaps as a business it's time for TGIS to replace some of the older looking furniture . Service is second to non, on par with their U.S. counterparts.

The atmosphere is very friendly and the staff's attitude is very 'can do'. We felt very welcomed when we went for dinner and had a fantastic time. The food is well priced, served beautifully with descent portions. The desserts are fab too! Great to go out to with friends and the whole family!

We went here and the staff were ok, got sat down in 10 minutes even though we booked. The food was lovely and hot. The pork ribs were well tasty and lots of sauce on them. The prawns were abit dry on the skewers, hard to get. It was a nice meal other by that and we had a nice meal and would go agian. Just hope when we go again the meal and staff will be the same except the prawns..

This is my absolute FAVOURITE place to eat with the children. We always feel very comfortable, and relaxed, no matter how busy the restaurant is. The food is American, and Yummy! The ribs are amazing, and there is always too much, even if you try to stuff in as much as possible (oops) TGI's have an extensive cocktails menu, and lots of non alcoholic ones for the drivers. The desserts are also divine, especially the cinnamon waffles. The staff are very friendly, cheerful, and nothing seems to be too much for them. I sometimes think its a little bit pricey, but definately worth it!

This one in MK has not let us down yet! Good food and always quick, even though its always nearly fully booked. Had the best service ever here from a waiter, very quick and efficient, even re-filled our free drinks without us requesting! Great place if your seriously hungry! The only thing it can sometimes be that tad abit noisy. Pricing is ok, not expensive but not cheap. Overall a good place to eat

We took my son here for his 9th birthday. And although he was feeling a bit poorly he thoroughly enjoyed himself as did the rest of us. The portions here are amazingly big, might want to skip a starter, we couldn't manage everything. The most delicious JD sauce accompanies almost everything, I ended up dipping lettucce into it as I had run out of meat and prawns very very moreish. The staff are very friendly and although were rushed off their feet made a lot of effort. As we celebrated a birthday a big gang of waiters/waitresses gathered around to clap and sing their version of happy birthday and although a bit of a surprise and slightly embarressing (well i am british after all and have a stiff upper liplol) my son's eyes shone and he felt very special. That's all you really want for your 9th birthday to feel special. We will definately be returning, my son wants to go at least once a month and pretend it's his birthday cheeky monkey!

Really nice little pub/with great food at a good price. I had a meat feast pizza which was stone baked and fresh. Really nice after a day in the office.

Expensive considering burger meat dry chicken overcooked burnt hard crunchy coating. Small portions. Standard burger no thrills thought would be breast meat or home made beef patties. No one asked how was your food. Took along time to come for 2 burger & chips. Wet sticky unclean table. Unclear re table service or if you go to bar. One person serves the meal another collects no consistency. 50.00 for 2 burgers 2 drinks apart from atmosphere I think over priced & standard basic food I get asked or get more vocal bury from staff in wetherspoons & they bring it to me.

If you are looking for somewhere to get a few drinks and something nice to eat then you cannot go wrong with the Midsummer Tap. It has a retro feel to it, with 80's stickers, movie posters, comics and other memorabilia as part of the decor and for retro gaming lovers, there are also tables in booths that come complete with playable consoles and a selection of retro games to play. I would highly recommend going and the food was also excellent 👌

A tired and fractious family entered, and a revitalised energetic tribe departed! The food and drink was spot on, the atmosphere was great, even though we arrived at an awkward time of the day between normal service hours for most places, we felt immediately welcomed. All the staff were great and particular recommendation goes to Andrew who was highly attentive and helpful. The theme is a wild mix of 80’s & 90's / world / craft beer / Sports bar and could happily be mistaken for a funky alpine apres ski lodge inside with bright decor and excellent playlist of music. A stark contrast to the bleak concrete concourse of Milton Keynes! I reckon this would be a great place to head out for drinks in the evening, and they have regular events, but nevertheless they also nailed it for families of all ages too, there was an old dude with one family and teen-agers playing on the retro consoles in one of the other booths! The facilities were also in good condition and well cleaned, so high marks all round. Will definitely come here again if I'm in Milton Keynes.

Had a fantastic night out here to celebrate a birthday. We went on a Saturday. Food was amazing, we booked a booth for the night so managed to keep our table even after eating. Drinks are a little pricey so recommend having 2 for 1 cocktails. DJ arrived about 9:30-10pm and had a variety of music all evening. Definitely gets you on the dance floor! Would rather come here than somewhere like Revs for a night out.

Burger was delicious and great portions. Drinks were free flowing, didn’t have to ask for a drink once. Loved it so much we booked our Xmas do here!

We had an amazing bottomless brunch at Midsummer Tap. Jamie our server who made are cocktail’s was very friendly and always made sure we had a drink before we had finished the one we already had. We all had pizza’s and Adam the chef was able to accommodate my mum’s dietary requirements. The food and drinks were lovely. Really worth the money. This is our second time doing bottomless brunch here and we would totally recommend it to others.

This is a great little quirky place to watch a bit of sport in a nice atmosphere, with TVs throughout and even outside in sheltered seating areas. Games are a-plenty if you're feeling bored, there is plenty of outside seating and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is even free parking available with easy access to the theatre and even the shopping centre.

Popped in for a pint whilst waiting on the family to join me. A warm welcome from the manager with excellent knowledge on the beers on offer and the condition of the real ale; Sharp's Doombar. A variety of craft ales also available. Warm pleasant surroundings in a relaxed atmosphere. Fun and funky decor, with board and arcade games available. Decided to return having completed our activity to a similarly warm welcome by other members of the staff. Good service, reasonably priced food and drink which was welcome being in the city centre. We have a new favourite in the centre, and will be back again soon.

Excellent. Our company provided amusements for a private function upstairs. Manager Chad and his team were extremely helpful and accomodating, especially as we'd been booked directly by the customer and not through the venue. Would gladly provide again. Thank you.

Had an awesome time winning the quiz whilst drinking cheap cocktails. Everyone working on Thursday 17th in the evening was in good spirits. Great food. Great vibes. Great tunes. Best place in MK to drink and hang out.

Amazing place, great service. They do burgers, pizza and other bits and pieces. Our waitress Annabelle was amazing and helpful. Ordered a cocktail and she reminded us that it for 2-4-1, all day everyday. Can't wait to go back!
