So happy to have a restaurant like this locally! Tried it out for the first time last night and we were really impressed by what we found. There was a huge choice of gin and my only real moan would be that our initial drink order (of gin!) took a while to arrive. We ordered a selection of tapas dishes and I have to say, I thought it was the best tapas I’ve had outside Spain, so much better than any of the chain restaurants I’ve been to! The service was good, our waitress was polite, friendly and helpful. We had a bottle of wine which wasn’t overly expensive and was delicious. There was an unfortunate incident during the evening which I won’t dwell on, but which was dealt with quickly and the staff ensured this didn’t spoil the diners evening. We’ll be back very soon!
This place has a contemporary look and feel with cool design features and comfortable seating. The Friday evening we visited was buzzing with a great atmosphere. The food was delicious, the staff attentive and other than chasing a round of drinks, service was excellent.
We noticed lots of people coming in for a drink at the bar or one of the barrels, so even if you don’t book a table there is an opportunity to sample a little bit of Spain on Woburn Sands High Street.

Just love this place, what a breath of fresh air! Fantastically tasty, authentic cuisine and very friendly staff. Good wine selection and really nice chilled atmosphere. Can't wait to go back again.

Many thanks for our VIP experience, the tapas, wine , cava were great ! Although music a bit on the loud side if you want to chat and service was slightly hit and miss. Will definitely be back and wish you luck, a welcome addition to the high street :)
Lovely place and delicious tapas prepared by the Spanish chef. We're all very familiar with Spanish food and found it to be authentic. A coup in Woburn Sands! And the waiters are very friendly too! Will be visiting again soon.

Lovely place. The food is really nice and the service is fantastic. Highly recommend. Well worth a visit, but remember to book in advance as it can get busy on the weekends.

This was our first visit to no31. We didn't really know what to expect although having read the reviews we knew it was going to be good.
We ordered 3 tapas dishes as a starter which were delicious. We then ordered the sunday roast for our main. I had the pork and my husband had the lamb. The food was extraordinary. The meat just fell apart and the potatoes and vegetables were perfect.
The customer service was also really good. We could not fault our meal and are already thinking who can we take with us the next time. We would highly recommend no31. It was our anniversary date and one that we will remember.
Best food in this area I have had in a long time! Manager was soo lovely, she helped us pick out our perfect meal and gave me a glass of bubbly on the house as it was my birthday. Then the bill comes out a lot cheaper than I expected for such delicious food! I will be recommending this restaurant again and again to everyone I know!

Best breakfast we've had out in a long time! we dined out on 3rd November, food did take a while to get to us specially as we were the only ones in the restaurant but that meant it was being cooked fresh. All clear plates very happy with service.
We live 30 miles from No. 31 but some friends invited us to join them which turned out to be a great evening so much so we have returned twice since then. Great atmosphere, lovely choice of food and haven't found any poor choices. The staff though are what really make this place and the manager even takes time out to chat and sit with his guests to make sure you are genuinely having a great time. I cannot recommend this place highly enough thank you Laura and Rik
Great atmosphere and brilliant gin selection. Food was great just not enough. We had the group menu for 9 so might be different if go as couple or smaller group. Would definitely go again.

I came across this place by chance. The first time we visited they were very busy with no tables to sit at, however the owner didn't send us away as other restaurants with the same problem had. Instead he invited us in, told us that if we sit at the bar for no longer than half an hour, he'd make a space free for us. This was very nice of him.
Alas we didn't have time to wait, so we booked a table and returned on a another day. The food here is 'delicioso' , to put it bluntly. The food, although Tapas, is very generous in portion sizes and bursting with flavour. The Chefs in the kitchen all originate from different parts Spain so you know you're getting authentic Spanish food that feels like it was cooked in a home. Also, its not too pricey, landing in the midrange.
The staff are very friendly and really make up for a pleasent time at No. 31. The owner was especially friendly and had a great sense of humor, and his staff were just as welcoming and friendly as he was.
Lastly, the cocktails here were probably the best I've had. To the staff, it wasn't just throwing liquor into a glass, but instead seeing it as a form of art. Getting the right mixes, leaving it to stew for a minute or two, zesting the garnish and using a blow torch to really bring out the flavours. You get the idea. Couldn't recommend highly enough, have already suggested to friends that they visit. Well worth the buck.
We love going to No.31, the food is always outstanding as are the gin cocktails and the atmosphere! Also the staff are really great, always helpful and on the ball. We have been going since it opened and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Great atmosphere. Fish + meat platters, pork belly, croquettes, tortillas, bruschetta were especially delicious! Quick + friendly service. Great Saturday night out!
