The Galleon - Milton Keynes - Photo album

Great pub with great food at great prices! We had to wait more than an hour for it and the starters came at the same time as the mains, but great pub overall.
We arrived at the pub, just after been caught in a tremendous thunderstorm on our boats, drenched and tired, all we wanted was a good beer and a hot meal, l went for Ham and chips while my friend was so happy to get something vegan, and a nice few pints to quench our thirst. Really enjoyed the exper
Really nice canal side pub. Bar man was really lovely. Good food and reasonable price. Things were missing from my meal and not replaced by something else or charged less (bread and butter and curry)
Travelling up and down on the Grand Union, we stopped at the Galleon several times. Staff always warm and friendly, water for our dog before we asked, and the best fish and chips we've had in a while... crispy and hot to the end. Will definitely visit again if in the area.

Nice pub by the river. Kids play area no longer there which is a shame.
Partner and I ordered some burgers with chips and a cider each for a total of roughly £20. I'd say that's a pretty good deal. Food was nice and the seating by the canal was lovely and scenic. Good place to stop by
Great pub with a nice relaxed atmosphere, an LGBTQ+ friendly pub. We went for drag bingo with friends and had an amazing night! Coming straight from work we decided to eat here and was really impressed with the food. We had the burger, and I was happily surprised to see that it had been made in hous
We enjoyed the first time we had a meal here. Unfortunately, they closed the kitchen early today. Still had a good beer and cider and enjoyed watching the bingo.
We only wanted to go for a walk along the Grand Union Canal but with the weather turning out not as nice as expected whe decided to have lunch instead. Eating mainly vegan I did not expect to get something that fulfilled my needs and had made up my mind for having fish and chips instead. But I was p
It was great to see this pub open again and the new friendly manager, only downside is the service is quite slow because it seems the manager is doing about 3 jobs! Hopefully he can employ some more staff soon 👍🏻
