The Shirodashi ramen was spot on. Came quick and serving staff were friendly. Lost one star at the end as I was left waiting 10 minutes trying to flag staff to pay, in the end I had to get up and hunt someone down.
Good food and good drinks. We really enjoyed the quality of the preparations, across the board.
However, there was one thing that can be improved. This place is jam packed with people, especially on weekends. This results in the staff being stretched and hence, service suffers. We had to wait very long times to order and for the bill, and to reorder drinks.
This is something that should improve, but otherwise this place is very highly recommended.
Food was fresh and hot, vegan and vegi choices are reasonable. The vegan starters are brilliant but spicy and the main wasn't that great. All in all worth a try but not our cup of tea.
Typically a good experience but today was better than usual. Alina took care of our table and she went above and beyond from seating us down to paying at the end. Food was great, she checked in on us and made sure we enjoyed what we ordered. Thanks 🙌🏻

Had a really good time at Wagamama! The food was delicious, and they didn't keep us waiting. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome. Only downside was that after we finished off our mains, they didn't come by to clear our plates. Ended up paying online and skipping dessert because of this. But all in all, a solid dining experience! Would come back for sure. 🍔🥗🍹
Had a lovely time in Wagamama’s today with one of my friends. Food was great (as always!) but the best thing about our time here was interacting with the loveliest staff - especially Daria and Charlotte! Very attentive, kind and super friendly.

Love the new menu and the outdoor dining. The weather was nice for outdoor dining. I enjoyed my healthy smoothie, pudding and summer noodles. As I have allergies, they provided an electronic list of the dishes which I needed to avoid. Ordering and paying for our meal was also efficient. The staff were all attentive to customers needs.
Wonderful ambience, spacious and private seating and all meals were pact with flavour.
My teenage daughter is vegetarian /vegan and she suggested here and we had a lovey lunch with generous portion sized meals.
Took one star off for chasing up cutlery and napkins which needed to be on the table in the first place and meals were brought out sporadically which meant at least one of us sitting with our meal waiting whilst minutes went by for food/side orders when it's nice to actually recieve all our food at the same time and start eating together.
Waited too long to be asked for desert so decided to leave and paying was slow too.
Would 100% revisit and recommend.

It can get crowded at times. When you order in there are QR codes you can use to order food or just ask a waiter. Then when you order online to take away they have it ready for you on time. Nice food for a good price
Seating area is nicely designed. The staff are happy and cooperative. The kitchen is open to customers so you can see all the cooking process, very nice. There are toilets in there too.
The order came quite fast. The taste ia good and the prices are ok.
The toddler's chairs are very nice. Attached to the table so it is impossible for the child to stand on the chair.
Service is incredibly friendly and everything on the menu sounds worth trying. I had the pork ramen and it looked great, but when I dug in I realized the broth was quite bland and the noodles were so overcooked they were dissolving. The edamame was also ridiculously over-salted. So not much attention to detail here but I'd give them another go, just probably at a different location.
Haven't been there in a few years, but the food is the same quality as usual, very tasty and quick service, kids enjoyed it, all around good restaurant.
The quality of the food is always very high. On our most recent visit we had an issue with our second main course coming out 15 minutes after the first. Normally the food does come sporadically but never as long as this. That being said the staff kept us informed and apologised
