Service was great and the food was as expected. My wife and I had the grandioso sharing platter to start. It was enjoyable, but there's a lot of meat to get through compared to cheese, olives and breads. I'm not sure the balance is quite right. I then had the seafood linguine which was good. My wife
Very good the plates. I order Brusqueta in the first plate and after Lasagne. Desert a ball of Vanila and the end was the Camomila Tea ! Good place to go!
We had a lovely meal. Portions were great and the staff were friendly. I ordered pate and then chicken milanese. Both were amazing. The restaurant was busy but tge staff ensured we were looked after.
Fast and very friendly service. Good food, great indoor/outdoor dinning not to mention you can purchase very nice produce to take away.
After waiting a small amount of time to be seated due to one waitress ignoring us whilst cleaning cutlery, the food here was lovely and the waitress who then seated us was good and the service was quick. I would revisit if in the shopping centre again.
One of the best mushrooms soup I ever tasted. Service is fantastic. Warm, accommodating, polite & helpful.
The server was friendly and helpful in helping me to choose my pasta dish. The food was delicious.
We came here for lunch and my friend had booked a table in the morning. When we got there the lady showing people to their tables didn't seem to take notice of that we had already booked a table.. even though I told her twice... and just said it takes 5-10 mins to set up a table. When we got the t
Carluccio’s are somewhat of a favourite of mine. Their staff are always friendly, the atmosphere both classy and relaxed. However, what I really go for is the food. The selection of pastas is perfect, with something to suit most tastes, and my mother really enjoys their breakfasts. We have also stop
In contrast to previous reviews my experience of this Restaurant was excellent. The food was well prepared and presented. The staff were extremely helpful and quick to assist in both choice of menu and food. The atmosphere was calm, quiet and intimate despite being in a busy shopping centre during s
Great service by staff. My Italian friends in Melbourne Australia would learn a bit or two from here. Prices are reasonable. Great menu offers. The food was fresh the coffee was great and all done to perfection
Food remains great although portion sizes are obviously diminishing over the years. Been having the same breakfast for years, as a treat with a good friend, and we always comment every few months about the portion sizes. Tasty and good ingredients, but value has long gone.
Lovely meal from the set menu (two courses for £14.95). Very quiet, though... We were there at 7pm and were the only two people in the restaurant. On the other hand, the service was ultra-quick and also very friendly and cheerful.
An excellent meal which was made better with a BOGOF January special.
My wife and I visited on a quiet Tuesday lunchtime. After 7 mins wait we asked for a menu which the girl clearing tables grudgingly gave us. After waiting a further 10mins for someone to come to take our order we decided to walk out having not been served or even offered a drink. I have never vis
