A quick stop here whilst staying in the area for a business trip. The reviews online were excellent, so I selected Casa Cento as my choice for dinner. Very friendly and efficient service. The Arancini Ragu starter was excellent, and the tomato sauce was perfect. I opted for a pizza as a main course, it was huge! Big portions, very tasty and overall a lovely dinner.
Absolutely fantastic restaurant, great service and amazing food. We popped here mid week and were greeted with a very warm welcome. The staff were very friendly and had loads of options for me too as I am celiac. They really knew there stuff.
The restaurant looks lovely and is really nicely decorated. The food was cooked fantastically well and was quick to be brought to the table. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and I would recommend this place to everyone.

The food was lovely and the service received here was exceptional. The waitress was very accommodating to dietary requirements and helped alter some dishes to dietary preference. Highly recommend & great location for such a cosy restaurant.

Had a lovely meal here last night, first visit to casa Centro, had heard good things and it was great. Really friendly staff, small cosy restaurant and beautifully cooked Italian food.
We had arancini , muscles, garlic bread, pizza, steak and spaghetti Bolognese. All great! Highly recommend a visit!
It is a Lovely restaurant, the service and food were very good indeed, I loved the interior design which enhanced the atmosphere, I went there with two friends and the afternoon was brilliant. I had the Arrancini to start, the seafood as a main and Pannacotta to finish...delicious.

Visited Casa Cento for my brother-in-law's birthday meal as a family. The entire experience was fantastic. The food was brilliant and enjoyed by the entire table with zero complaints and only compliments, the starters were delicious but the Calzone as the main was arguably the best, lightest, and most delicious I have ever eaten. Absolute credit to the staff and chef at Casa Cento, particularly Emma our waitress who gave service with a smile and great humor, credit to Casa Cento. Will be visiting again for sure.
Nice Italian restaurant. Food very nice. Was there for lunch with my family. Good portion sizes. Calzone excellent. Staff very professional, attentive and friendly. Pricey but worth the visit.
Me and my family had a lovely dinner at Casa Cento Stony Stratford. The food was absolutely amazing. Service was very professional and polite. I highly recommend to anyone who would like to try authentic Italian food.
Lovely food I had their pizza and it was so tasty, a proper italian pizza which took me back to italy when I visit family. Very authentic and such lovely people who serve and welcome you. A great family feel, whilst feeling it suits all occasions. I was lucky enough to get a parking spot right outside on the road, No issues at all!

Excellent atmosphere and nicely decorated. Food is delicious, got 3 courses and a drink for £35. Its right on the high street and midweek it's quiet enough that you can park right outside. If not there's plenty of parking close by.

My wife and I don't eat out very often. Maybe twice/thrice per year; and one of those times is to celebrate my wife's daughter's birthday. We always allow her to make the choice, and this year she chose the Casa Cento Italian restaurant in Stony Stratford.

As I say, we don't go out much, but this restaurant really was 11-out-of-10!
They have an extensive menu: enough to cater for all tastes, from vegetarian to fish, to shell-fish, to meat. My wife had a pizza, which she didn't know would be *huge*! Her daughter had a vegetarian risotto with side salad, and I had lamb shank. That had been slow cooked so the meat fell of, and it was bedded on mashed potato and green beans, with a crackin' gravy... superb! Definitely go there again. My advice, for what it's worth - try it! You won't be disappointed!
I visited this Italian restaurant in Milton Keynes with my fiancée for the first time — just at the end of Stony Stratford.
We had such a lovely Saturday evening and not to mention possibly the best Italian food I've ever tried.
We'd recommend the garlic bread with mozzarella / caramelised onions, along with the vegetarian arancini balls — they were incredibly flavourful.
