Very friendly relaxed atmosphere, always is, to be honest so are most of the cafes around Milngavie town centre but this is one where you can boot up the laptop and get some work done. I'd have given it 5 stars but there wasn't a socket (I'm not being petty but it does mean I can charge up if longer than an hour!)

A Costa is a Costa so you know the food and drink will be of a consistent quality BUT the difference with this Costa is the staff. Truly exceptional. Wonderfully warm and friendly. Always looking to help you, know locals by name but just as kind to strangers, provide an excellent and welcoming service time and time again. Best Costa in the central belt for sure.

Not the best coffee in the world, a bit over priced for what is being served. But on the plus side the surroundings and decor are nice, the service good and you know what you're getting. A good place to have a relaxing cup of coffee with a friend on a rainy afternoon in Scotland.

Pretty nice place to hang out and drink coffee! The upstairs section is a nice bonus, plenty more space up there. Would be lovely with big windows so you could look out onto the street, but hey, it's still pretty chill up there!

Nice Costa Caffee shop right next to the start of the West Highland Way. Nice, clean and quick with a professional and friendly service. Perfect place to start your hike.

Excellent service - lovely staff! I wanted to try coconut milk in my coffee but I wasn't sure if I'd like it. The barista said if I didn't like it I could bring it back and they'd make me a new one.

Coffee and the cherry and almond slice were excellent. The staff and service were excellent. The only thing that was really disappointing was the toasties. They were microwaved and therefore soggy and chewy, not toasties at all. I'm sure previously they were freshly toasted.

Always friendly and good, consistent baristas esp compared to the many other Costa's I've been to. Nice spot in the summer to sit out and watch the West Highland Way bustle.

Costa in Milngavie is a hub for the locals lots of mother's with kids meeting for catch ups and other locals alike. It has a few tables outside for people watching in the main precinct in Milngavie. It also has a large upstairs seating area as it such a busy place but you can usually get a seat upstairs at least. The staff are always very friendly in this store it has a more chilled feel than the city centre locations.

Bit quiet when I visited but that's no bad thing as I could get a good comfy seat.

Milngavie is a very good village "centre", close to the city of Glasgow but a million miles away. You are 5 minutes (by car) to beautiful countryside but you can have a lovely coffee 1st at the Milngavie Costa. Great staff, welcoming shop & you always want to return

Costa Coffee originally part of the Whitbread Group now part of the Huge Coca Cola empire! This particular branch of Costa Coffee ticks all the right boxes - Central location in Milngavie precinct, fairly spacious quick & efficient staff, clean premises and fairly decent selection of Coffee drinks, Juices and light snacks. If you are a smoker there is a smoking area outside at the front of the property. As it is on a level area wheelchair access is suitable also. As with any large multiple food/Beveridge chains prices are little on the high side. Prior to this property being owned by Costa, this was a privately owned independent run Coffee shop. They must be kicking themselves now for selling up as this has been a financial Goldmine for Costa Coffee. Enjoy your Coffee!!
