Was lucky enough to win an afternoon tea for 2. It was fantastic. Lovely finger sandwiches, quiche and tasty sweet treats to finish it off. Plenty of freshly brewed tea to top it off. Highly recommended.

Fair play what a friendly and welcoming place, they cant do enough. Went for mothers day afternoon tea, enough food to feed an army, fresh and homemade and fantastic value, i can see what all the fuss is about now!!!

Fantastic afternoon tea on Thursday ladies. All 12 of us, would like to say a huge thank you to all your efforts. Lovely selection of sandwiches, quiches and sausages rolls disappeared very quickly, scones where amazing, and cakes were delicious. First time here for many of my colleagues and I don't think it will be the last. Thanks again!

Lovely friendly greeting food was lovely. Prices need to vary to suit families. All in all we like the crows nest. Recommend a visit. Meal deals are the future. Meal& drink packages. Clean & tidy, always look at that top notch. Lovely views of the Marina to boot.

Sue and Liz provided a buffet for my Usborne book launch party. Absolutely lovely food, extremely tasty and a tremendous amount! My only complaint was I couldn't eat all the cake!! :-) Brilliant service would definitely use them again. Thank you both, very much appreciated xx

Excellent variety on the menu at very reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and advised there was abit of a wait. We didn't mind as it was such a lovely day and you could clearly see they were very busy. Worth the wait.

I had the best chilli here yesterday. I was warned it would be spicy but it was perfect for me! Some chilli's in places are not authentic, this was. Fab home cooked tasting chips to go with it! Fantastic value for money.

This is absolutely my go-to for lunch with a friend who needs lactose and gluten-free food, as they cater for both, as well as vegetarian and vegan options on the specials board. The service can sometimes be a little slow when they get busy, (a good sign, lots of locals) but it just gives you more time to chat and relax. The food is always good, nothing pretentious, and recently the chips have been amazing. No designer interior, the indoor seating can feel a little cramped and it could do with a second loo. In summer, there's additional seating outside on the quay, and some benches outside all year for people with dogs. It's just a little place, with a big heart.

Wonderful little cafe, 20 minute wait on food but it was completely full. Sides were very nice and the main food itself was also brilliant and not trying to be too fancy.
