Great staff. Warm welcome every time. And fun , star wars outfits the last few days and today a Santa's grotto the only Costa to have one . Well done to all the staff fir going the extra mile. A great addition to Mildenhall.
It's a Costa so I know what to expect. Coffee was good as was my granola slice. This is quite a small shop but I got a seat and relaxed after a long day. On a junction I sat and people watched from the comfort of my chair. On the day I visited some items had sold out, but the service was good. No complaints.
All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, it starts the day off well every time I visit! The staff are always happy to talk and some even remember the drink I have :)! Great service from a great team!

The manager and staff are amazing. I visit at least once a week. I've tried several hot and cold drinks, and they have been excellent. Cheers!

The staff was great even on a super busy Saturday afternoon. Have made two trips here and have had to great cups of coffee!

Traditional coffee shop. Lots of young people studying something. The cup they delivered my Americano coffee in was huge and they happily gave me milk on the side. Lovely place.
Popped in here a few times now, whilst waiting for my coach. All the staff are so lovely here, has a real homely vibe.
I was working at the Mildenhall police station earlier in the year and visited costa most mornings. The staff were super friendly and always good for a bit of a laugh. They were really welcoming and the whole place was spotless. Simply can not fault the place. If I’m ever in the area again, I will be returning 100%

The staff here are really friendly, the coffee of course is wonderful ! Caramel Frappachino with cream and sprinkles with a great hit of coffee is a definite winner for me ! More so as the one from McDonald's is good but Costa beats it for me hands down 😁😁
Service is usually fantastic, but its been let down lately by some staff members who tend to be rude to customers. And the atmosphere is very lacking as there aren't any Christmas decorations or music. It's quite bland.

Got greeted in Costa today from a lovely girl at the till a girl got told she was in training and could tell she was extremely nervous. She had abit of a upset and was emotional panicking. She offered the winter coffee option for my latte which I took and tasted lovely and She was learning on the hot drinks also. She came and gave me table service. And tidied away once I was done and finished. She checked my food was nice. I hope she starts believing in herself as she is a bright girl. And very polite. Would be very happy for the new girl to serve me again.
Revisit after 5 years brought back doing memories.
