The Half Moon is a very nice place to go and eat and have a drink. The staff are very friendly and polite. My wife had a mix up steak sizzler and I had a banging katsu banquet. The steak sizzler was exactly as described and cooked as ordered and the katsu banquet was amazing. The only negative

Quality food variety and the deals, which is hard to comedy at many pubs. Vibe was good and set up is good swell, one of the better set up Pubs (many are dark and small).
They have a separation for a small billiards/pool and betting machines with access to the bar and TVs to watch sports..

Although the pub itself is a little run down we had a excellent time. Food was good with large portions and the service was wonderful. Good variety of drinks available and very good prices. We will be recommending

We travel from bury st Edmund’s to mildenhall. Just because the staff are wonderful the chef is incredibly. 10/10. We will continue to travel to the half moon. Thank you all for always making us feel so welcome 🙏
Food as always was served quickly and hot and delicious! Staff are very welcoming and made the visit more fun going that extra mile to make things even better. Definitely would recommend.
Not a bad pub if you are in the area and want a fairly quick bite to eat.
We visited after going to the RAF Lakenheath viewing area. You do get the occasional few planes flying overhead when in the pub garden. So great if you want a pint and a plane.
