A nice little Costa in Midsomer Norton - staff are generally friendly and the service is good. Saying that, it can get very busy at times and there never seems to be more than 2 (maybe 3) people working at once - so at busy times be prepared to queue.
The seating is well arranged and is kept fairly clean and tidy - but they could do with improving the speed at which they clear the tables.. Or provide an area for people to clear their own tables
Overall good for a chain... but worth remembering there are also some great locallly run coffee shops in Midsomer too!
I came in the other day as a regular and the staff member who served me remembered my order..skinny caramel cortado..they're polite, helpful and provide good costa service, the area could do with more larger retailers in the high street.

All good as in any Costa, but service was a bit off... All 3 looked lost like not in their roles or not trained properly... But in the end coffee was good so no complaints
Lovely coffee is just a bit overpriced, but it's worth it for a treat every now and again
This is a Costa next to the Sainsbury's supermarket in Midsomer Norton. Totally fine for a coffee and a sit down. Friendly staff and good coffee.

Cappuccino seemed like a double shot, so a bit to strong for me. Service was very good and the cakes also, cappuccino could have been hotter as it did get cold quicker than expected. Don't normally frequent this coffee chain, so I could have asked for hotter drink.
Overall a good experience.

First time I have visited this Costa Coffee. It wasn't too busy when we arrived but was quite full by the time we left at 11am. Our coffee was lovely.
Tucked away between Sainsburys and the car park. Good size cafe, but a little tired looking... as were the staff! Usual Costa fayre.
Good food and drink service pleasant but slow expensive I thought.
The Barista was friendly and really engaging with the customers. Pleasing to see and he clearly loved his job.
