Unbelievable customer service. This lady was a legend. Never seen anyone go to such lengths to make the customer happy. Promote her now !!!! She’s worth every penny !!!!

Usual Gregg's - 4 stars in this occasion, falling short of 5 stars by the lack of offerings when I visited... I must admit it was very busy mind and I still got a pastry fix and staff were helpful
Some of the friendliest, funniest and kindest people! Never saw a sad face in here, always positive vibe from Ann and the rest of the team. Same energy you get from Gregg's anywhere.
Usually good and hot food. However on my last visit got a sausage roll which was almost cold! A little disappointed. Apart from that good food and drinks at a reasonable price.
Gave us hot sausage rolls instead of the old ones on display. Didn't clean the tables after customers left. Friendly atmosphere.
Clint one of the staff members was fantastic, guided me how to use the Gregg's application and really put a smile on my face, fantastic customer service!
They have the best hot chocolate and cappuccino machine in Middleton and nice hot freshly made snacks. The staff have always been polite
