Ordered using the app which previously I had no problems with until this order. The app kept changing my order or said the deal I selected wasn’t valid. The store contacted me about my order and were great with giving me the base I actually wanted. The delivery driver was apologetic for the delay in getting my order to me and about the app. For me this is great customer service keeping the customer informed.
Plus I like Papa John’s pizzas anyway.

Been here at least 10 times and the pizzas are consistently great. They use fresh ingredients, Every time. I have never had a bad pizza from here. The staff are so friendly too. Not a bad word to say. Oh yeah and the prices are always reasonable. Any large pizza 7.99, you don't need discount deals at those prices. The guy even brought our pizzas to the car cos we had our hands full.
Thought I would give these a try as they were offering Pizzas at 50% off and have to say was really impressed Pizzas were really nice
Foods always good here. Staff are brilliant, something as simple as coming out to hold the door goes a long way.

this was my 4th order from middleton store. Usually I collect, and always found the staff friendly and professional. However my last order was meant for collection but I couldnt make it so called them for delivery instead. The manager was very helpful and I got my order delivered in less than 10 minutes of my call by a lovely smiling driver.
Will def order again as the food was quick and high standard.
Wow ! What a way to impress my 12 year olds birthday party. I order 5 XL pizzas on Friday night at peak times and it was hot, tasty and overall delicious. My son even said “ the best pizza I’ve ever had “. The owner who came to personally speak to me was super friendly. Far better than dominos on taste, freshness and service. Keep up the good work 👍🏻
We eat takeaway a lot but papa johns is one of the best pizzas by far. We work advantage if their 50% deals and had 2 xxl pizzas which was great value for the size. Taste is amazing and their garlic sauce is one of the best We have tried. Keep up the good work guys.
