I called in here this morning after a long ride on my motorbike. I was freezing and dying for a hot cup of tea and a sneaky fry up. The staff were lovely and seen to me straight away. A pot of tea and the full works arrived very quickly and it was absolutely fantastic. Price was very fair and it's
Arrived just after cafe had closed, but the kind owner offered to make us coffees anyway, at considerable inconvenience to himself. Very rare to find service like that these days. Much appreciated, thank you very much! Great coffee too!
Nice little cafe with a far more extensive menu on the board inside than the limited items shown on the door poster. Proper coffee served and a young lad did me what I considered to be the perfect flat white. Cafe was open after 4pm on a Saturday, unlike some of the others in the village.
Fantastic full English breakfast we will definitely be back for another when we are out this way again. A massive plate full and so tasty. Many thanks to the very attentive chef. No surprise that this place is so popular
Great food and amazing staff came in a few times now the 2 lady's behind the counter went so helpful I had becon bun witch was amazing best becon I only becon from cafe fresh I would definitely recommend the cafe to friends and family
Visited on two occasions and both times excellent, the young lad who served us was really polite, and he also made a fuss of the dog, giving her treats, and just having a general chat with us

Lovely cafe, and great coffee (I had an Americano with milk). Very friendly owner. He showed us some nice photos of the local area and suggested where else to visit.
Lovely café in the heart of Middleton-in-Teesdale. Great, friendly, atmosphere and the largest mug of black coffee in the Universe: what's not to like?
If you want good food and drink, then this is the place. Lovely cooked breakfast, great coffee and friendly staff.
As food was cheap and decent quality. The mocha was nice. Not a bad little cafe
We r a group of motorbike friends who passed through village of HIGHFALLS.WE parked right outside with plenty of parking spaces.we mostly had tea with a panini made to order.Very quick service & 10/10 food & pricing.We WILL stop again when next in the area.
