Great staff, great coffee. Cakes were dry, the double chocolate muffin was a chocolate muffin with chocolate cream on top and a small flake. The muffin was a bit dry and over baked was expecting it to be gooey inside was wasn’t. Sausage and egg bagel was really nice. Tuna crunch wrap was really big and delicious said Mam. Would be three star but an extra star for the staff. Price was reasonable two coffees bagel, sandwich four cakes and two drinks and two crisps for kids £30 all in.
I visited on today for a latte, I visit all the time when I’m in town. The lady made me feel so welcome considering it was almost close. She reminded me of the offer for the cake on your birthday which I accepted. Staff are always friendly and the food and drinks are great.
Lovely friendly staff, muffins were to die for, so much flavour. Coffee was nice and creamy.
Lovely bacon and sausage bun , rounded off with a tasty raspberry slice 😋. Staff, lovely and sweet!
One of the best Bacon Egg Rolls that I have ever had. Excellent hot chocolate with soya milk options and a delicious milkshake.😍 Highly recommend! 👍
Me and my partner absolutely love coming here, both of us have been here plenty of times over the years and never had a bad word to say. Coffee is amazing food is always fresh <3 ❤️ staff go above and beyond. Always a pleasure to come here and people watch.
Nice atmosphere. Bit pricey but most coffee shops are.
This particular Muffin Break was situated inside a shopping mall. The food looked good and also tasted great, I found ut to be competitively priced in comparison to other types of coffee shops selling similar items. Staff were attentive and well presented. The tables were cleared and cleaned as people left. I would visit again if in the vicinity.
Best coffee and muffins I've ever had attentive service great staff if you need to take a break from everything for a while I couldn't think of a better place to do it

Me and my partner have just been today and have had a fantastic cuppa and Muffin. The food is all handmade everyday including the muffins, food is labelled stating if it's gluten free or vegan etc so it basically caters for everyone who wishes to eat something.
Plenty of access for disabled and families with pushchairs.
Staff are fantastic and very good at remembering our names and our usual orders which I have never experienced anywhere else.
For those who are a total Karen's who love to moan over things at this establishment...do not listen to them, they have no life.
Nice to have a coffee away from the commotion in the shops. Nice helpful staff, a chance to switch off from stress for a moment.
This is the best coffee shop in Middlesbrough, I always visit here with my mam and sisters! We always have a good catch up and great food and coffee! The staff in there are also very helpful and extremely nice
An ok place to get a quick drink but I couldnt sit there for too long, being slap bang in the middle of a busy shopping centre, it is noisy busy and quite headachey. I had a nice earl grey and it was a lovely winter warmer.
Almost always exceptional. Great coffee and cakes. However, when I was here yesterday a new member did not seem trained in hygiene standards. She dropped a muffin into her jumper and still served it to the man she was serving. This is just a single incident after many visits, and hope the new staff are trained better in future.
Very cute, great drinks and lovely food, but service does take a long while, been afew times now and each time the wait has been long. I still recommend it, just maybe not on a lunch break.
Popped in here for a well deserved cup of coffee and snack. Very clean and well presented cafe. Food was good and hot, cooked to order, coffee hot and good size cup. Lovely staff, very helpful, brought our hot food to the table. Very reasonably priced.
