I love marks because I don't go often so it's a treat. It's always clean and staff helpful when needed. The oranges last a good while from here, I don't know how but they do and keep taste. Got a great meal deal of steak and veg and it's some of the best I've ever tasted. So so sad we'll be losing t
It's sad to hear the store close soon. That hope is not true. Since we often buy things here and don't like to go up to Teeside to buy, it's too far and not convenient for non-drivers and the elderly. And I'm one of them. Please don't close the door, listen to the customer's opinion.Thank you.
Store looked great, well stocked and displayed to appeal to customers. This store had some great offers although you needed to look for them with very helpful staff who all looked very professional in their uniforms.
Visited this M&S store just over a week ago with my partner, bought a number of items extremely impressed with the men’s ranges, however I had to return to the store last Friday to exchange one item for a different size I tried to locate the same item, unfortunately I couldn’t find it, I approache
For a Monday, this store had very few customers in, so was a very pleasant shop and browse. Everything was tidy and the store was well stocked. Staff were in sufficient number in store and behind till desks, but observed some having more conversation between themselves than ready to notice customers
A fabulous branch of m&s, staff are always friendly efficient and helpful. Customer service is second to none. There is always a wide variety of products to suit everyone - a classic department store for the high street a d a perfect example of the store done well
Once we had sussed out the one way arrows, it was an enjoyable visit and the staff were very helpful, but I'm not happy about wearing masks all the time as it's claustrophobic so I'll be limiting my shopping to essentials only until the rule is relaxed. I've spoken to lots of other people about this
My favourite place to shop. Excellent quality food, and fashionable elegant clothes. Man department is equipped with all sizes. I like home department too, wich provides good quality stuff. Toilets are spotless, and entrance and lift are facilitated for wheelchair. Staff, could be more smiling and m
nice experience working with them some staff are nicer than others mangerment need to be bit more organised and they need to give people more of chance in perment jobs not temp ones
Pleasantly surprised at this M&S. Bigger then the Teeside Park store and looks like it has been recently renovated inside. Good selection of everything M&S. Decent sized menswear department upstairs too, which makes a nice change! Busy too, which is always nice to see.
A big store with an upstairs also. Big range of stock from Food to Clothes and Home. Stocks good quality goods and is a reasonable price. Shop is clean and tidy with friendly staff. It also has a currency exchange in the store.
The shop is clean, and well presented. Staff are pleasant and helpful. I enjoy their food hall as it has a variety of different foods with good choices and selections.
First time using their cafe, with my boyfriend, he had full English, and I had tomato and basil soup which is lovely, the soya cappuccino is delicious 😋 very good quality food and definitely come again x
