Gorgeous local pub. Extremely friendly staff and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the mixed grill and the rump was perfectly cooked!

Went into the Stap for lunch with my friend last Wednesday. What a great time we had. It was Christmas themed and there were two Santa's doing a lunchtime party singing and dancing. We were thoroughly entertained the staff were super friendly and our lunch was lovely.

Staff are very very friendly and helpful . Happy to help and quick to assist your wants and needs . Especially Jess, Craig, Courtney, Josh, Jack , Helen , Alison, Sue and Shaun as well as the talented kitchen staff .
Nice local pub in Eston. Bar fights scheduled 9 and 10 pm on weekends with possible follow ups later on. Ask the staff for the fight schedule during weekdays as it varies.

Thank you to Jess and Josh for making my nieces birthday extra special just one down fall Josh needs to brush up his singing skills you won’t make xfactor at this rate but great effort lol, jokes aside we were made welcome, food was great I highly recommend the chicken Parmo, atmosphere was lovely

Went this afternoon, lovely staff great food booked online got a cheeky 50% off this week, loved the chicken and bacon salad.
Always fabulous, it was mega packed the day we went with a party of 15! Staff were brilliant, nothing to much trouble and perfect pub grub that arrived with not 1 mistake!

Lovely welcome and helpful staff. We enjoyed our food and plates were quickly cleared Burger was delicious. Only comment would be to chop the spring onions a bit finer. Clean place, easy parking and very pleasant Saturday lunch.
Great service, very relaxed atmosphere, and food was amazing. Really reasonably priced, too. Wish it was closer to where we lived, as we'd be visiting often!
