Solid experience. Large menu selection and really good prices. The place was empty on a two person business lunch, which is a bit of a shame. The service was really quick and friendly. My meal was delicious, though the sweet potato fries were cremated (still tasty).
The burgers were absolutely lovely. Both chicken and beef burgers were juicy and presentation was on point. The restaurant itself is simply decorated and has a nice homely feel. Definitely coming back to try more of the menu
I visited with a colleague on a business trip after making a Google search for a local steakhouse. We found the restaurant easily enough, the only disappointment was we were the only customers at 9pm. As with other previous reviews the food was very good being well prepared and fresh. The only reason I've not given 5 stars is the some of the meals shown on the menu were not available, although the manager discounted their most expensive steak as compensation. The restaurant is not licenced however they do a range of soft drinks and their smoothies were excellent.
16 of us come here for my birthday meal and it had the most friendliest atmosphere which was shown to us as soon as we had walked in, staff were very kind! To top it off we weren’t waiting very long for the food at all considering there was a large amount of us! It was nicely prepared and nothing short from perfect!
Food was amazing, and so were the drinks. The menu contained a wide range of delicious food. Presentation and cooking of all food was on point. The staff were so sweet and nice too. I'm definitely going there again, might become a regular.
Went to this Place on the back of a recommendation and I was not disappointed.
The sheesha was on point and the desserts were to die for.
Can wait to go with my friends again such we had such a great night.

luxury yet chic setting,was very impressed with the level of service to presentation of deserts. my self and my friend had an amazing eveing the shish was 10/10 and you could actually taste the flavour. can't wait to go again.
Was visiting Middlesbrough on the weekend came across Aurum lounge, words can not describe the Quality of Shisha, very impressed!! Brilliant staff and customer service. Desert and milkshakes absolutely AMAZING!! Would 💯 recommend to friends and family. Can't wait to visit again!
We went on a Wednesday evening and the quality of food and service was outstanding . The place is well presented and even the toilets were immaculately clean. It's a shame we we the only people in at that time as it deserves to do well. We will most definitely be returning

The Aurum Lounge was recommended to my husband and I and we decided to finally go check it out a few days ago. The location is lovely and quiet. When we walked in, there was a large family group already eating there and they all seemed happy and were enjoying themselves. The vibe was really relaxed and lovely. The seats are spaced out well and the staff are very accommodating and friendly.
We ordered the strawberry mojito and strawberry daquiri which were freshly made, presented well and tasted beautifully refreshing.
We ordered prawn skewers and lamb chops for starters which had very unique individual flavours and had been marinated well (some restaurants have the same marination for all their meats which can be disappointing). We were impressed and would definitely order them again.
For mains I ordered a cheeseburger and chips and my husband ordered a steak with mashed potatoes. The cheeseburger was on a lovely brioche bread and the meat was cooked to perfection. The best cheeseburger I've had in years!! Topped with their own special sauce that rounded up the flavours perfectly. The steak was beautifully cooked and the peppercorn sauce complimented it very well.
For dessert we shared an Aurum special waffle which I have to say, was the best waffle I've ever eaten. Freshly made, crunchy on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside. Toppings were placed so every mouthful had great flavour and was delicious. The hot chocolate and latte were also very enjoyable.
As it's a new business, expect to have a little bit of a wait for the food as you can tell everything is made fresh. But it's definitely worth the wait and I can't wait to go again!!

Been here about 5 times, they do the best burgers!! Staff is really nice and it is a nice atmosphere. Dessert is good too!

Shisha was on point, can't get flavours like this anywhere else, awesome deserts and the place looks really cool, very comfortable setting.
