Interesting menu with a twist. Make sure you leave some room for desert - they are to die for! Very friendly hostess and lovely atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and my evening. Highly recommended.
The food was absolutely divine! Staff very friendly. I was advised before visiting service may be a bit slow as they only have the one chef. In my opinion I thought the service was perfect. Its an evening out, I want to enjoy my food and not feel rushed. Honestly cannot fault roovrays.

Stumbled on this gem today and we were very impressed. Accommodated all 8 of us and our small dog. Food was excellent particularly the mussels and the young waiter was extremely helpful and efficient. Hope to go back one day.
We live locally and had not had a good experience on our visits to Roovrays. Last night we had an excellent evening first class food and service. Kieran the new Chef produces great food. We had rib eye,mussels and goats cheese . All delicious and we'll presented.Thank you for a very pleasant evening

Lots of new dishes on the menu and we all enjoyed our different choices and highly recommend this restaurant.

Roovrays is a superb restaurant, we were recommended by Pebble House, so we knew that the standards would be high. Welcoming and food exquisite. What more can we say, other than thank you. Memorable. Certainly the place to eat. Great chef and very entertaining hostess.

Delicious food! Would recommend to anyone who's bored of the same old gastro-options, with an interesting range of meals all cooked fresh each evening. Slightly more expensive than your standard meal out but definitely worth it!

Great social distancing, temperature taken when you arrive. Had a lovely meal, served by the Frenchman, had a lovely conversation through the meal with him and his wife. Lovely people.
Fantastic food and front of house very friendly. Eaten there several times now and never been disappointed.
Ate here last week for a private function. Wow absolutely superb from start to finish. We all had different choices and it all came out hot and tasty. The jerk chicken was to die for.
