Came here for a family meal. There was 15 of us and we didn't book - stupid I know - but they sorted us out tables straight away. Food was delicious and we all ordered a variety of meals. My steak was cooked to perfection. And didn't have any complaints from the rest of my party. Will definitely be
Richard was a brilliant server, he was very friendly, polite and helpful. The food was beautiful and boiling hot when served to us. Services was good and not long waiting on food.
Only issue we had was the restaurant it self was boiling, could have done with opening a window.

We've had a couple of lush meals here recently. The atmosphere is friendly as are the staff and our server today (Richard) was very attentive. The Food is good value, especially with the regular offers and the beer is well kept. Can definitely recommend!

Cracking carvery. I don't normally have a roast dinner when out as veg can be horrible and meat can be dry. But fair play they smashed it. Staff were a good laugh too

Went for Sunday lunch without booking. It was very busy and full, but Richard managed to get us a table. He was very polite, friendly, and welcoming. The Sunday roast was amazing. All the staff were pleasant and accommodating despite how busy it was.
Came down for a carvery and really enjoyed. Excellent service from Richard. Showed up without booking with my partner and dog, and could see it was extremely bus. but managed to accommodate us and offer a table for two and brought my dog some water, which was really kind! 10/10

Only gripe - some of the comfy armchairs are way too low for the table
We loved the carvery so much we visited two nights in a row. All the staff were really lovely and helpful. The carvery was delicious, the beef was a little fatty on the second visit but we had enough food on the plate to make sure we were full enough. On the first night we both enjoyed desserts.
The man that served us was lovely I had a carvery and my husband had steak he told us when my husbands food was about to arrive so we could eat at the same time and he was nothing but helpful, the food was tasty and the yourkshire was massive, I just had 2 issues that are pesonal rather than anythin
Come here every Tuesday and they never fail to impress. All the staff are super lovely, welcoming and always there to help. The food is always done really well. No complaints and highly recommended. Today we had Richard serving us who as always was amazing as are the rest of the staff.
Even though it was busy in the restaurant the service was quick and friendly. There was a short wait to be seated which was fine. Food was hot and fresh and was good quality. The staff were all extremely friendly as always.
