We had a triple baby shower at this venue and it was amazing. Beautifully decorated and the fact that it’s set in such an old vintage building just adds to the setting. The staff are fab and were constantly checking that we had enough tea, drinks etc. The food was lovely and the homemade cakes and desserts were to die for! If your looking for a lovely setting with fab staff and amazing cakes then this is the place to go for your afternoon tea.
Had the pleasure of dining here today and I must say the food was of the highest standard and I would truly recommend this establishment as one of the best in merthyr. The staff are more than helpful, and the friendly atmosphere is second to none.
Had the pleasure of having an afternoon tea as a post birthday treat. All I can say is it’s the best I’ve had anywhere. Friendly staff and absolutely delicious cakes - and what a choice from Victoria sponge to Turkish delight cheesecake- all gorgeous. Lovely setting with real china cups and plates- I love vintage . Never had afternoon tea where you are given the choice of savoury from corned beef pie and chicken skewers to a range of sandwiches. Great value for money thank you x
What an amazing afternoon. The staff are amazing. Friendly and very attentive. The food is stunning and way more than what I expected. And what can I say about the cakes? Yum yum yum yum amazing. I will definitely be going back there again very soon. Thank you all for such a lovely afternoon tea

I was lucky enough to enjoy a beautiful surprise afternoon tea for my baby shower at Lunah Tearooms. The choice of sandwiches and cakes was excellent. The corned beef pie was my particular favourite! We had a room to ourselves which was perfect and the service was great. Looking forward to returning for more tea and cake when our little bundle arrives. Would highly recommend x
Not a cake lover but the salted caramel cheesecake is to die for .. highly recommend it and very pleasant and helpful staff well worth popping in xxx

delicious finger sandwiches with a choice of fillings, fresh warm scones with jam and cream, coffee and walnut cake, trifle, custard slices, prosecco........to name just a few of the treats on offer!! The staff were so accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be visiting again very soon. What a little gem x
WOW Fantastic!!! Friendly down to earth staff & the food all freshly made on site. Generous portions, a great selection of sandwiches & cakes. In addition not just afternoon tea but lunches & snacks! No worries if you have allergies as Cath will be able to advise. Will definitely be back!!
My fiancee brought me here today for my birthday and i had an amazing jacket potatoe with beans and Ham. Also tea was fab and i have to say best cheesecake i have ever had.

Really enjoyed our afternoon tea at the Lunah tea room, such a lovely setting with great little touches, my daughters both loved the china teacups and pretty tea pots. The food was delicious and Home made will be visiting again for sure!!

Fantastic place took my friend for her birthday for afternoon tea so much food we had to have a doggie bag lol the cheeses cakes are amazing . Staff can't do enough for u so lovely . Can't wait to come back x
