Thank you for taking the time to prepare our vegan meals in the Gelli-deg xmas meal. Some establishments can be very ignorant but the staff were willing to prepare a different meal and the dessert which was homemade The summer fruit pudding was amazing the sauce OMG yum �

I eat out every Sunday and this was by far and a way the best value for money Sunday dinner I've had. Food was cooked to perfection and plenty of it, gravy was to die for and the price was more than reasonable. I honestly couldn't pick a fault in any of it. I would, will and have recommended this place.

Stopped here by chance after getting a flat tyre and pulling up outside. The lovely staff were so kind allowing me to charge my phone so I can contact my breakdown cover, and the chef offered to help change the car tyre.
Inside was so lovely and homely. Highly recommend popping in for a meal if you’re in the area!

What an outstanding Sunday lunch. Totally loved it. So tasty and nice. Wonderful staff. Really had a great meal. Would come back here without question. I love this wonderful place and find that the food here is second to none. Well priced and wonderful staff, I come here as often as I can. Great in the winter and summer (and autumn and spring 😀)
Had a brilliant tasty meal in this pub. Staff and clients very friendly. It was busy when we were there but service was brilliant. Staff worked extremely hard. Definitely worth a visit, would love to have it as my local.
Held a funeral wake here mid May 2022. Small funeral. Ordered buffet for 20 people. The food was extremely tasty
and was enough for 30 to 35 people. Everything was well organised. The atmosphere was good the staff very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. We were even supplied with large polystyrene boxes to take left over food home. The cost of the buffet was extremely reasonable and I would definitely recommend this pub/restaurant for any gathering.

Only come in for a pint and special occasions like my cousins 18th. Its very nice and the staff are friendly. Great atmosphere, a big beer garden. A very nice pub indeed

Best pub grub, well worth a visit!
Decent food and the staff were lovely. My only observation was that the chicken Goujons on the starter had been replaced with chicken nuggets. Can't say it bothered me really. We had a good time
Plenty on the plate. More imagination needed with salad. V disappointing like UK salads of the 70s. I wouldn't choose steak 🥩 again. Flavourless. Minted lamb chops were very good by all accounts.
