12:15 pm, one person in front of me - I think ordering for the "office", so waited just over 10 mins for my order. Only one sandwich technician behind counter. She was also trying to fulfill orders for delivery too. She worked very well but was a little overwhelmed as the queue grew behind me. Maybe just a staffing blip on the day, if not pretty poor service really.
Great food and professional service from most of the staff.
The manager on duty on Tuesday (I think it was the manager she had a black top on) I felt was rude and very impatient with a lot of the customers ahead of me in line.
Visited Subway during our trip to West Kirby for the afternoon. Probably the cleanest Subway I have visited not that the other Subway stores are dirty.Tables the floor and counter all in tip top condition. Staff were friendly and helpful.Will definitely return when we visit West Kirby again.

Subway serves fresh sandwiches built to the customers requirements. The food is fresh and tasty and the coffee I'd really good. In addition the staff are polite and attentive.
Straightforward subway menu, fast service with a smile. Ordered sausage, bacon and cheese on Hearty Italian bread. Hit the spot and washed down with a coffee. All good.
Best subway experience on the Wirral. Subs are always well put together and retain their shape and structure. I've never had a sub become a sloppy mess from West Kirby subway!
The guys that work here are awesome ! We visit every Tuesday and they remember our order every week and they are really nice to my son Who is 9 and is working on his confidence.
Really enjoyed the TLC roll, lots of other vegan choices as well

Banging place. Love the staff here. Always clean. Shame about the kids/teens hanging around sometimes but usually very good.
Very good subway with great sandwich at peek time however service can be slow, this is between 12:00-2:00pm
