No menu & no particular wine list, just enjoy everything. Just 8 covers when we dined there which makes for an intimate dining experience.

Oh my word!! Amazing, what an experience, the layout of the restaurant has changed since the last time I visited, now you can see the hard work and detail that Chef Steven puts in to every course. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

Possibly the best food experience we have had. We have eaten in some fantastic restaurants over the years but sosban is up there with the best, service was fantastic, food was excellent. One of the best if not the best in Wales. Keep up the good work.
