KFC chain in Leicestershire is bad, but the store from Melton Mowbray is the pleasant exception. I notice that a good Shift Manager built a fantastic team with great result for customers.

Just had a great meal, all the food was piping hot and very quick. Ashton - This girl should be KFC’s customer service manager for the region! Service with a smile, great asset to KFC, give the lady a raise!

Absolutely amazing service. Walked in after an amazing day for my hen do, ordered and the amazing staff didn't let me pay. Such great service ,topped my day off so so happy thank you so much!!!!! Xxx

Absolutely disgusting please don't eat here I certainly won't be settling foot in there again I think i had half the contents of the fryers and the chicken was dreadful not cooked had a full refund . Not edible, avoid at all cost

Standard kfc nothing to shout about. Its a small site with limited car parking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Inside is small with limited spaces to eat.

Went into the Branch today with an issue with a previous order. I can honestly say really and truly it was dealt with Professionally and with a Sympathetic Approach By A Gentleman Called Bryan big shout out... Message to the Manager he's an asset to your team... Haven't been here for two years but still a small friendly branch. Lots of parking outside. Counter and remote ordering. Sit in or take out. Toilet. Would recommend to anyone needing a good chicken fix in the area.

Very friendly and great staff here. A bit of banter was well appreciated and I'd say these guys are a good and happy team. The service was pretty slow to be fair but I wasn't in a rush so no worries and keep up the good work!!!
