Went here for the first time on a Friday night. A few people in but got a table no problem. Friendly and prompt service. Chicken Madras and Achari lamb were both excellent. My only criticism would be the very bright cold lighting which robs the place of a bit of atmosphere, but would definitely visi
5* for the lamb vindaloo. Cobra on tap is always a hit for me. A choice of kulfi to finish off. GREAT

What a pleasant surprise. We dined on a Monday evening and took advantage of their offer of 5 courses for £14.95. We eat regularly at The Red Rose in Syston where they have a similar offer. The New Apurba is equal to The Red Rose. The food was hot, tasty and authentic. This place is an undiscover
Had a lovely lamb curry with rice and as usual the food and service was excellent.
I was very impressed with our waiter bazz, despite the restaurant being very busy he managed to keep everything running smoothly.

Tasty food, reasonably priced & staff friendly. Clean restaurant - lots of different dishes, mushroom rice though is the best !
Ordered a takeaway online. Prepared quickly, phoned me to confirm collection time, food was piping hot, with generous portions, and most importantly was delicious. Brilliant.
