Very nice place, a nice atmosphere, and the staff were amazing. Food took a while to come out, but as a party of 8, we appreciated it coming out at the same time. Some dishes needed a bit more seasoning. The pie was more like a pukka pie than a homemade pie. Overall, food was hot and nicely present

First time we’ve been back since the refurbishment. What a difference!! The service was exceptional, friendly, welcoming and attentive. The meal was excellent too. The team couldn’t have been more helpful, accommodating our booking with our dog, providing a table in a lovely area. Perfect ambiance. Although this meant table service was not applied staff were incredibly helpful. We pre-ordered a few meals from Sunday lunch menu,
Service was really good maybe too quick with food but wasn’t too busy so expected. Very good staff friendly polite. Food good maybe offer other potato chooses than fried chips or fried sweet potato only healthy option was salad everything else it very high fat calories. Overall good experience
We stopped in for Sunday lunch, we booked a table about an hour before and when we arrived we got straight to our table, service was fast and waitress was polite. Food came out and was presented well and tasted good, will deffinatly be back.

I was a bit worried about going here because of some of the negative reviews but I needn’t have been. The place is fantastic. The decor was nice, the staff were lovely and the food was amazing. I couldn’t fault it. I will definitely be coming back in the near future. Keep doing what you are doing!
