We went pre the fire & this was our first time back since. Service was great from when we walked in. Dogs are welcome & there was good space between tables. Food was lovely, lovely wine also. Definitely best to book as was really busy by 6pm. Car park was full already. Lovely atmosphere also. Highly
A fantastic pub ran by the cricketers. I had the mushrooms on toast, followed by the vegan ravioli. I'm not actually vegan but both options sounded so delicious and they were. My dad had the chicken pie and I did have a touch of food envy. The Marlborough New Zealand Sauvignon white was of course de
Absolutely beautiful food, lovely setting and the staff were friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend
Great food (the beetroot Wellington was just delicious), attentive staff without being intrusive, enough staff so you're not waiting for ages for service, the toilets are clean and beautifully decorated, and the whole place has an air of relaxed efficiency. Was visiting family but will make a point
The food was incredible!! Yummy and well cooked. Such good value for money. We ordered 2 cocktails (lovely), glass of wine, 2 starters and 2 mains and the total was £80. Amazing. Thank you for such a brilliant meal.
Great lunch, food was tasty and well presented, the staff were very attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend 👌

Beautifully decorated place to go to, which we go for more than the food! Finishing touches/presentation could be better. Had lemon tart supposedly with raspberries the other week but had clearly run out of raspberries as got one whole one and a few bits with over whipped cream.
The Tap & Run is my favourite place to go after a long week to unwind. We usually will go for a few drinks, from cocktails, juices to a selection of bourgeoisie and soothing teas.
Popped in for a stop off during a bike ride, was very busy however staff were amazing, food was delicious, and even though they were super busy I was served very quickly. Would highly recommend
