Great customer service, great choice of menu with a variety of fillings. Coffee is really enjoyable.
My Overall experience here at Melksham Subway has been fantastic. Definitely a returning customer.
All staff are welcoming and friendly. Alot of parking available too. Benches outside the front which is a bonus. They also do deliveries and their delivery drivers are also friendly.

Actually I had never had one before ? And I was running late and hungry, and thought I would try one . It was very nice 👍 If you used them regularly you would know more about the barrage of questions at the point of filling the roll Salad / Source??? Very nice but know what you want in the way of fillings and extras

Reasonably priced, wide range of products, always spotlessly clean. Very well trained, professional,polite, helpful staff. Have found the aforementioned to be true in every subway I have visited which is probably most of them in the southwest

Summer of 2018 Subway was reopened, on our visit it was extremely hot outside, and very busy which was nice to see. However a young lady who just came on shift, and wasn't at all happy to be there stepped into the line. Though her hair was up, the sides had been left hanging. Over 40cm long and getting wetter by the minute, and pivoting from her waist dipping low to get the ingredients, her hair was dripping & dipping into the open food containers. The que of 12 waiting for their food didn't seem to notice or mind if they did. So l sat an watched as l ate my sandwich, with a little less enjoyment.
I would suggest that correct applications of hair net be addressed, cooling be applied by management to address the sweat drip on the end of her nose. Yes ovens are hot, but dose not mean you cook your staff. Plus it reduces unnecessary salt, a plus in these times.
It's a nice place to pop in and eat a meal, if you just want to rest from a long journey through the Wiltshire A360.
Comfortable seating, To watch the Traffic, has a TV or you can look out over a fields.
Takeaway is fast, with friendly service.
After your done you can then fill up your car at the BP station next door, then get back on the road.
This is a much better restaurant now that it has new management. The staff are friendly a clearly know what they are doing. The radio isn't at ear splitting volumes like other subways and the general cleanliness has improved. Much better.....thanks.
Visited here just the once for a breakfast. One member of staff, food was as you would expect. Parking was plentiful. We were the only ones there, perhaps it gets busier at different times of the day, very surprised at the lack of customers.
