Had the most amazing caramel frappe of my life . Amazing service from a lovely person called George. Made it feel like summer in the winter. Even though I got a cold drink it made me feel warm inside with just his smile.
Stopped for a coffee before my next customer meeting. What a nice clean and well presented experience. Fantastic customer service from staff members.

1. Please manage the aircon temperature - it is bitterly cold in there.
2. Have a separate team serving drive -thru customers. Those customers inside often wait for ages to be served when the drive thru is bus

Relatively new, but wonderfully clean and air-conditioned. No sofas, but good chairs with lumbar support. Lots of people on laptops, which I don't mind because they don't tend to make noise.
