We tried Refa Tandoori for the first time this evening. There was a bit of a mix up with the delivery but the manager/owner bent over backwards to resolve the issue and personally delivered a full replacement meal with a personal apology. The customer service was incredible and the food was hot, fresh, delicious and full of flavour. We will definitely be using this establishment from now on. That was one of the nicest curries I have ever had.
We chose to take a different route for Christmas Dinner this year.
Well, what can I say other than amazing.
The greeting was top notch, and the service was special.
They were also offering turkey roast and all of the trimmings.
It was fabulous, more so as it's not their usual culinary dish!
We also have our take outs from these guys, and never an issue.
Would very much recommend and definitely thinking of this for next year!

A nice warm greeting as you enter. Lovely freshly prepared food, plenty to choose from. Something for everyone. Plenty of attentive and helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. great place for small groups or large ones Going back very soon.
I have been using this establishment for years and i absolutely will continue to. Their food is to die for and their service is just enough!! Simply cannot speak high enough of them!!

The service and food were excellent last night. Poppadoms crispy, not a speck of oil absolutely gorgeous chutneys. My lamb roghan Josh was delicious, lots of fresh tomato and perfectly spiced. Highly recommended.
Really great food I have always used takeaway bit decided to eat in foods even better and more spicy when you eat in, you can bring your own alcohol which is a bonus so not making the evening too expensive,
Very enjoyable food all around with plenty of choice to suit your taste and dietary requirements. A nice friendly atmosphere where you can sit and eat in comfort. Highly recommend to anyone who has yet to experience the Refa.
Food was gorgeous and hot. Service a little slow at times. Friendly helpful staff.

Large party in on the night we visited but staff were attentive and active. Pushed food out as quick as possible. BYOB is a great style too. No worrying about drinks. Top guys

Fantastic food and staff, the buffet on Thursday is just incredible! Eat as much as you want of your favourite dishes for under £15, highly recommended!
